MBTI is not Socionics, starting with different definitions between Socionics Aspects and MBTI functions, hence we stick to Socionics only and we don't try bring the two together. I think to limit any type to specific types of occupation is too reductionist. Socionics is all about "how" and not really about "what". There are certain professions that are easier to do for certain types, there are some that are near impossible for some to do, but that's as far as it goes. Gulenko's theory is another story...
