I prayed this novena for a life changing miracle. I offered to do something in return regardless if it manifested. I could not believe the chain of events that happened after praying this novena. I always go to this church in my home town as a way of thanksgiving.
My grandparents are from Spain and they moved to Cuba, my paternal grandfather in particular because he didn't want to become a priest as his family had wanted. Sadly, most of his descendants are not Christian but thankfully God has mercy on us and some of us have returned to the faith. My family moved to Miami when I was a baby and they did what all lukewarm, Cafeteria Catholics do when they move to a protestant country; they became charismatic Christians. Even though I was baptized as a baby in Cuba, I was brought up in the abusive protestant churches where I did not fit in at all because I actually believed in the sanctity of the church.
Now as an adult, I've had spiritual experiences that have led me back to the Catholic church and I must learn to love Our Lady, Our Queen, and Our Mother after many years of being taught to ignore, fear and detest her image. She is daughter of The Father, Mother of The Son, and Bride of The Holy Spirit. I've learn to love Jesus on the Cross because an empty Cross did not save me. And I must contemplate on the fact that our sinless Lord Jesus became man and thus went through all the stages of childhood as he traversed into adulthood. This is why I have bought a crucifix, a Virgin of Charity from Cuba (Virgin de la Cardidad del Cobre) and an infant of Prague. Because Jesus did not appear on Earth as a grown man from outer space; he came through the human experience, conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary.
My Infant Jesus, you know I always honour & Pray the Prayer each day.
Please help me in my health issues, family, financial.
Forgive me, my mistakes in life. Thank You Infant Jesus. I continue to Pray.

+Tgastt Batangueno why is the devotion to Christ Jesus associated with prosperity? Progressive how so? You might want to check on that practice and its history with its version of the black faced icon. Maybe its more like a party parade? The association with prosperity and abundance is attractive and comes from the roots of deity devotion. Possibly, Catholic devotees themselves grow up to equate prosperity with devotion. Prosperity with Christ, regarding his work of salvation is mostly sufficient, no more, no less. Christ prospered in his mission, but in other worldly prosperity and progress it was just sustenance. Catholics should remind their young about that, because a larger number focus on prayers for over abundance in worldly needs.The community might lose their young to the world and find dwindling religious vocations, or encourage affluence in leadership, religious and political positions in the community. nickash5. You are so wrong and misguided. Prosperity because God loves us, we are His children and He does not want us to live anxiously. God the Father in the name of His son, Jesus asks us to give all our burdens to Him and He will take care of all our needs, and wants. He showers us with graces when we shower Him with our trust, and faith in Him and praise Him with Glories. Now, if you don't want to praise and glorify God, our Sovereign Creator, our Sovereign Divine Justice, it's because you succumb to the evil that surrounds all of us, 24/7. Can you not see that is a poor choice? God is never anything negative, NO is not in Gods' vocabulary to those who love Him and give Him grand devotion, which He warrants as God! God is a generous God, He gives. Only the devil, only evil takes away, detracts from, deceives, and belittles God. God is worthy of all praise and glories and gives that back to us abundantly. Jesus in His life on earth and today, is more than just sustenance. Jesus is of the House of David. He received gold upon His birth and incense worth the price of diamonds. We know what the bible tells us. Jesus' House of David is far removed from sustenance, although the individual may choose the "road least travelled".

I try to visit Santo Nino Basilica in Cebu whenever in Cebu. Last pilgrimage I went to the Redemptionist Church in Cebu where it used to be housed.

Very interesting i came learning about child of Prague history.
This Priest mention that it came from a religious Spaniard it connected to another story with something similar.
🔎To the blue child as the spanish conquistadores came to the city which is " Plateros" to the municipality of fresnillo zacatecas, mexico which means the city of Silver founded for its Mining of silver and even Gold they gather there in
Zacacatecas , Mexico.
That Child as was first known as the blue child the primary saint of shrine ,than they switch his hame to the holy child of" atocha "

The Carmelites involved were monks not nuns. The Carmelite nuns were never involved in the history of the infant nor of the monastery( not convent) at the church of Our Lady of Victory on ul Carmelitska in Prague
