I made this and it's so easy. I use powder whipping cream and when i add ice cold water and stir it already become soft peak so i just add condensed milk and use hand mixer. I make the matcha one.

Lovin it, Gemma! I'm Indonesian and we eat red kidney beans and mung beans so much. we make some sort of popsicles with coconut milk. can u make the no ice cream version? it'll be amazing.
Lavender ice cream is best made in the traditional way. You have to infuse the milk with the lavender, then strain it and make a custard. This is one method, it will not work so well with my cold ingredient method :)
