I have just come across Matt and also live in the UK and will be ordering a cane in the coming weeks as it looks a fabulous self defence tool that I can also travel with! We’re not even allowed to own a truncheon in the UK ffs, so live this alternative, particularly as no one’s going to think a guy with a cane is dangerous!

One thing too about being in shape, not even maximum shape, is that you carry yourself naturally in a way that improves your odds of not getting chosen by an attacker in the first place. Still, keep a few techniques and items ready, just in case...

Hi Matt, just got home and watching your cane class. For some reason, the above subscription box, showed that i am not registered. I checked the membership info and it is up to date, so not sure what the issue was, but resubscribed in the above box. Also checked Tim Larkin's website as you suggested. I know that I'll never be in shape again, but I try to do some things to make myself ready in case I have to defend myself. Those efforts mean that if I must act, I have at least a better chance of surviving. If I don't survive, I have a better chance of putting down some bad people so that they don't hurt others.
HI matt sure like your videos. I wish more people would look at the walking stick or the cane or the umbrella, especially with the guy. Especially with because what's happening on our Borders. We have a President who does not care about us. I've been practicing every day. Master chin has helped me do a couple of videos.
But I haven't been able to upload them on to youtube yet

Wear a helmet, bulletproof vest, football pads, steel toe boots, hidden Derringer, crocodile dundee size knife, pepper spray, stun gun, brass knuckle, native american War face paint, have on leash a pit bull terrier, German Shepard, cane Corso, Doberman pinsher, rottweiler, dogo Argentino or wolf hybrid and every couple minutes scream obscenities for no reason.
