Great vdieo. I love Instant Crush and I also love Bond No 9 Greenwich Village, although it’s starting get become a bit synthetic in comparison to instant crush and BR540

I always enjoy the BR540 dupe videos, but You put a bit of a twist on this video. There were actually more fragrances, in this video, that I never heard which resemble BR540. Really great to see. What was also cool is how you mentioned some of the other, more commonly mentioned, dupes at the end. I love Tiziana Terenzi’s Spirito Fiorentino. Additionally, I love Al Haramain Amber Oud Rouge (mentioned in other comments below)...which I just got as a backup bottle in the mail yesterday. Thank you for your time. Holla.

I love the baccarat dna. Thomas k- no.4 is an amazing fragrance on its own without being compared to baccarat. They smell extremely similar but no.4 is more dense & muskier while br540 is sweet & airy. I layer both & this combo fills the room.
#4 made me think of PDM Haltane as well as Oud For Glory

just discovered you recently. Love your insight!! Give the Bond No. 9 Tribecca a try. It is very close to BR540
Great presentation. I used to have a bottle but for some reason I started to not like it. Didn't feel enjoyable to wear as much as it was for someone else to smell. Found myself wanting to wash it off. Gave it to someone who appreciates it more. This video though, just confirms to me that for me this scent profile is dead. On a side note, might sound strange but for some reason I think a Cartier watch would really suit your style and persona.
Al Haramain Amber Oud Rouge is pretty, pretty close, I bet you will love it, thank you for sharing your opinion of all this fragrances, by the way I highly recommend you the al haramain Amber Oud line, well You have the amber oud gold edition, you know.

- I definitely agree with your assessment of Thomas Kosmala
No. 4 Après, as I could easily smell it on my hand on day 2 (after showering). It could be called "BR540 Extreme".
- I've found that many clone houses make very good versions of BR540, including Alexandria Fragrances, DUA and others. In fact, most clones are pretty spot on for this particular scent, which I don't think is true for other popular/expensive fragrances.
- I recently tried Allsaints Sunset Riot which is an interesting take on the BR540 scent. It's more light/airy/fresh/orange than the OG, and ultimately too feminine for me, but was still nice. It could be called "BR540 Sport".

You can also add AllSaints Sunset Riot, it also reminds me of Baccarat Rouge 540.
Definitely, Sunset Riot is so close and very affordable. I have a sample of BR540 and a 100 ml of Sunset Riot. So so close, I could tell people I was wearing BR540 and I don't think they would know the difference.

I bought a bottle of rosewood amor and I can barely smell it, with five sprays. But I do catch whiffs of it occasionally. It smells kind of like cookie dough to me. Great list Steven!

InstanCrush and OFG are my favorite, Sensual Instinct is too fruity, but in the end no matter how close these are I prefer the original in Extrait, it's just fantastic. Thanks for the list Steven!

Ooh La Rouge is amazing
Arianna Grande Cloud is a very good dupe to Baccarat Rouge Extrait I must say. However Baccarat Rogue Extrait smells much more expensive. I’m happy with both. Everyone should smell them before you buy.
Oud crush by Ahmed Almagrabi. Firewood by Emirates Pride. Actually I bought the first one because I liked the scent, not knowing it was similar to a famous perfume. After it was finished I bought the second because it reminded me of the first :) While wearing Firewood my sister told me it smells exactly like her expensive Baccarat Rouge 540. I tried her perfume but still prefer mine. The original has a very weak scent in comparison. I saw other names mentioned on Fragrantica I will try, Aristocrat for her by Ajmal, and Rouge by Alharamain.
I have tried the Casino Royale. It, of course, doesn't last nearly as long as the original Baccarat Rouge 540. I'm excited to try some of the ones on the list, just to compare. Hoping to find something comparable.
I have to go and check this fragrance out I’ve heard quite a bit about it from you and the Bow Tie Guy. Like I said before I really enjoy the content and learning more about what to look for and what’s more of the fragrances that I enjoy. Thanks again

I have come across three fragrances recently that are basically clones. Afnan Violet Bouquet, Emor London Oud No. 3, and Rue Broca Penthouse Versailles are very close to BR540. And, as some have mentioned, AllSaints Sunset Riot is also similar (I own this one, and it is nice).
I have a few that are inspired by 540. That's how I found out. I like saffron and some other accord. Interesting enough. I'm trying to find other fragrances that are similar. Thank you very much.

Hey Stephen! I watch the whole video and there was one that I recently purchased called Amber Oud Rouge by Al Haramain that you MUST try! It's damn near a one to one clone to BR 540 Extract De Parfum and it is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Plus, the best part, it's going for between $40-$50!

I have a quite exact dupe my Oakcha called Sweven. It doesn’t last quite as long though.
I've never smelled BR 540, but your dupe reviews make me want to smell it ASAP lol. What store in NJ carries the OG BR 540 so I can sample it?
Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Ave. Try it. The smell is life changing, so good and long lasting. However the Extrait version is beyond. Try that one.
I found one called Pacoroca Red that is similar. Found it b1g1 free at the perfume store close to me. They said it was being discontinued.

I'm still curious about Instant Crush although I enjoy Spirito Fiorentino over BR 540. Al Haramain's Amber Oud Rouge is very close to BR 540 extrait too. BR's DNA is a little sweet but universal.

I have mancera instant crush. Its really potent. I have TINHARE by les couvent des minimes and its a great release i hope you get it tell us your opinion about it.
I tried and tried to think of what rouge 540 smelled like to me and took forever to figure out, but to me, Cashmere Mist by Donna Karan smells very very close.
Love Potion by Merchant of Venice has that BR450 kick as well.
Al Haramain Manege Rouge and Zara Red Temptation smell almost like BR540😊

Poison hypnotique reminds me of baccarat 540
So I have copycat fragrances version of this and it's very close, probably a bit sweeter but super nice...BR540 is way to expensive for me so I had to hit the dupes market.
Burberry Her is nothing alike for me sadly. Was wearing BR540 on one wrist, went into Boots (U.K.) and sprayed Burberry Her on my other wrist and it was completely juvenile smelling and fruitier like you say! I actually thought it was cloying - Maybe I could try it again…
What to you think of Aristocrat from Ajmal. It's smells very similar to B540 as well
