Hello from Tilburg! Watched this cinematic piece a few times already (such a magnificent one!), but since I'm hiking Kungsleden this year, I'd like to ask if you could share more about your gears for the 3-week hike in general, and your camera gears (esp. in terms of packing, usage, battery, etc.) in particular?
Hello Hoan! Thanks glad you like it :D Very cool you're going to do the hike as well. We have an extensive packing list, so can you be a bit more specific regarding the general gear? Best advise is rainproof gear (eg jacket and shoes) and layers (preferrably merino wool). Camera gear packaging just the normal camera bag within the big backpack and lenses in pouches. Best piece of gear is the peak design capture clip. With this clip you can clip your camera to your chest, instead of grabbing it from the bag all the time. Regarding the batteries, definitely take a big powerbank with you (20.000mah). We also took a solar panel with us to charge the power bank. But it's really depended on the weather how much juice you'll get from it. Hope this answers some of your questions!
Wow, if you traveled with a professional filmcrue, really impressive, my compliments!!! It also makes me homesick to Sweden, which was our homeland for 2,5 years
Awesome video! I walked the first stretch of Kungsleden last year at the beginning of September 2022, this year I would like to come back to complete it, but I would like to start from the second half of July, only that it was not recommended to me because of the mosquitoes. What do you think?
Thanks for watching! :) cool you hiked the first stretch already! We hiked it during second half of July. First part around Kvikkjokk is forested, so a lot of mosquitos. It will get better if you get higher up (more wind). Take proper clothing and repelent :)

Awesome video! I'm heading off to do the full trail mid August and have a drone, I've seen that Swedish drone laws require a license, did you obtain one or not bother? And I assume there were no issue with getting it on a plane? I'm new to drones. Any help with info would be much appreciated. Thanks
Thanks! Yes you need an EASA (eu) license to fly drones within European countries. Officially you have to register at the landmateriet as well. I went by train, so can’t tell you anything about planes. Normally it’s okay, just take a lipo bag for the batteries.
