Exactly. Your boyfriend or girlfriend should not be calling the shots in your professional life, and if you're letting that happen, learn from Sofia's mistake. That was such an amazing deal to walk away from, and for what? Letting them take the wheel is only going to result in you getting driven backwards and into a ditch. It's sad because I'm sure we've all known a Sofia.
Erfan Moshtagh This isn’t about friendship this is business. You should never mix friendship with business. Alex has the right o keep things to herself because Sofia didn’t even do everything else that Alex did in the first place. I hate to tell you this but Alex and Sofia we’re getting an amazing deal while Sofia just didn’t want to do the work plus get everything for not doing all the work.
Recap: He offered you 500k, the IP, and massive royalties, but youre not independent contractors??? Was Sofia drunk dude??? Literally insane not to take that....
@@MichaelJames-lz7ni Their's a difference between greed and knowing your worth my friend. You can always make more money later on the backend, their's no rush
@@MichaelJames-lz7ni the 60million offer came in months after this drama. This was way before the Spotify deal. Alex was the one that saw the value of the IP not Sofia. I don’t think they would’ve got the Spotify deal if Alex and Sofia left barstool and call her daddy together and start from the ground up again. Sofia left to do her own podcast and it barely have any view on TH-cam.
Alex won this entire debate when she broke down her editing strategy. Made me have tons more respect for her even though their actual show isn’t my cup of tea
Timeline: A. 2 self-employed vloggers are offered 3 year contracts averaging $85K per year. One of these employees literally doesn't know what "IP" means. B. Employer is so happy with their performance, he gives them raises above the initial offfer C. Employer gives extra salary to one of the vloggers for extra work she does D. Employees get convinced they're Howard Stern and ask for $1 million salaries E. Employer tells them to fuck off F. 3 months later, he offers them $500K annual salaries and rights to the name of the podcast. Two things he is under no legal obligation to do. One of the ladies doesn't understand what she's being offered.
@JH1234 What's more likely, my highly liked comment is accurate or your "gotcha" is? They were self-employed and then Barstool gave them contracts at which point they were not longer self-employed. Does the JH stand for "Jesus H" Christ I'm stupid?
This is so bittersweet, but I’m also excited to see where Alex takes this. Her energy and efforts toward this podcast is what really makes it amazing. It’s sad that Sofia chose not to be apart of this
also she’s not lying when she says it takes 20 hours to edited 3 hours into 1. i had to edit a short 12 min film with 12 hours of footage. it took 2 weeks of working on it daily for 2-3 hours. props to her, she deserves that raise
That's not really the same. That's a 60x difference compared to a 3x difference in length. And I'd hope that after a while someone would get better at editing the podcast to the point of not taking 3 business days.
Episode 1 of Call Her Daddy Sofia says “to be honest I’m just here to ride Alex’s coat tails” and with all of the extra work Alex has put in over the last two years to the show and maintaining an agreement that couldn’t have been more true
Yeah I remember hearing that and then not at all being surprised Alex was the one pulling the weight in the show. It's always been that way, Sofia was just kind of there and kind of entertaining (sort of). It seemed like Alex had the real talent/work ethic/drive
Jordan also carried his team he pushed them and motivated them to be better to their face but he didn't go behind their back to the media or anybody he sacrificed his body for his teammates that was just the dynamic
3 years later and i feel like this should be a must watch for anyone getting into business with family/friends. also nice to see Alex went on to a $60m contract with spotify and Sofia went on to no jumper talking about smoking crack
So true; can only do it for fun as well as learning about how to you develop something. Business and friendship is definitely not for everyone. It’s clear to see you can’t reenact life. You chose not to let your friend know you got a raise; that is not friendship. I get it though but you should never hide the fact that you have a skill and put work it the day you have to it is time to move on. But not telling her was not cool 😎
This is what happens when you go into business, and you know NOTHING about business, legalities or negotiation. Two chicks who wanted money for sitting on their butt and running their mouth.
When she said she signed the deal alone she really looked like she was about to burst into tears.... my heart breaks for this girl because you can really tell that it was never about money for her. It was about doing what she loved with her best friend.
Just think about it though, the show is both of their legacy! This is something they could do FOREVER! And from the sound of things Sophia was treating it like a buffet, where you just stuff your face as much as you can and then shit it all out later. You can see Alex really takes pride in the show, as she should, but it will be brought down by stupidity and greed!
What I dont understand is, if she was so happy with the rooftop contract what was the need to negotiate without Sofia. All Sofia wanted mainly was the major share of IP. And what Alex got alone is 75% of IP in her last discussion with Dave. Something is missing there.
Anushree Ajithkumar i think she rlly just wanted to work things out bc she wanted it to be their thing together and she wanted to keep the friendship that they built up and i think she saw hope in her and sofia
When Sofia’s boyfriend dumps her, she’s gonna be alone and regret her decision. I know y’all we’re BFF’s but she chose money over you. Remember that Alex!
This story resonated with me so much... sometimes you have to lose the most important people in your life and it sucks but we all have to do what’s best for us. Love the podcast!
what i'm getting from this videois that Sofia shouldn't be upset they continued the Call Her Daddy poadcast without her because she already wanted to leave it behind so tbh, she got exactly what she wanted... right?
scorpion07070 Alex has been doing the podcast by herself for the past 2 months with guests/by herself and it’s been great and according to her new contract she owns the IP and is only signed to barstool for the rest of the year so like if she wants to stay and extend her contract next year she can or she can bring it somewhere else all bc of her new deal that Sofia could’ve been apart of but she didn’t want to stay at barstool for another year
Damn, I didn't even think of it like that, but that's exactly what this is like! I was the caring one in school, and I had to work with the dont give a fucks way too often. You can try and try, but if you let the dgaf get any say, it's going to get shitty real fast!
So glad that you came on here, took the time to give the Daddy Gang some actual information, and it’s very clear that you’re being open and honest about the logistics of things as well as your own feelings about the whole situation♥️ I am SO excited for Wednesdays again😭🥰
Craziest part is that they could’ve literally waited it out a year, continued with the episodes, business as usual, all that shit... and then have the IP COMPLETELY TO THEMSELVES. Literally a single YEAR and they could’ve gone and done whatever the FUCK they wanted. Listen up people and take notes; this is the definition of “fumbling the bag.”
Kylerzz Can you imagine how much money they would’ve made lol. Portnoy said every episode that doesn’t go up he looses 100k. Idk how many episodes they do but if they do two a week each of them would’ve making double the median annual household income.
Kevin damn, that is some real science there.. what if someone could figure out the math I’d probably pay at least a hundred dollars for all of that hard sought after info
@@noland5345 they would have each gotten a whole lot more than a half a mil, the half mil was a guaranteed minimum but with their percents on merch and other stuff they would have likely ended up making a whole lot more than that over the year.
It will be interesting to see what Sofia does after this, she's talented too, but she needs someone like Alex to do the behind the scenes stuff. I bet she starts another podcast, with a new co-host that copies the Call Her Daddy format and style, but I doubt it will be as popular as Alex's show.
@Adam Sofia's boyfriend is a major executive at HBO with connections at several major media companies, she's going to have plenty of help with promotion. The legal battle to getting out of her contract though, that's going to hurt her, she is hot right now because people still care about Daddy Gang and they are hot from the fight in the tabloids, but people may no longer care by the time she's able to start on her own (or with a new partnership).
Call Her Daddy was already popular but I guess this is added publicity. I used to listen regularly but haven’t in the last 3 months. I’m not sure I want to anymore. I’m on Alex’s side after this, but the show was the two of them!
"It's doesn't make me feel comfortable how you post about the extra work you're doing & it makes me look like I don't do any extra work"... Here's an idea, it's because you don't.. So go do more work then smh.
Rude asf , their is reason why Alex wanted Sofia to sign the contract with her. She isn’t a sidekick and was something special to Alex. I am sure if Alex , heard you speaking about her like this , she would block you.
This makes me like Alex more as an actual person. She’s loyal to her boss and company and stands up for herself. She’s Deff the alpha daddy on the podcast.
Loyal??? I dont think she is loyal but knows a good deal when she sees one. Cause for a bit there, she was ready to leave with Sofia and okay with being shopped around to other places. But when the deal was just too good to not take, she took it. I dont know how anyone can be on sofias side after this. You cant support someone who makes such dumb decisions. The only saving grace is that Dave wants money coming in from the podcast and that's why he was ready to give them the IP. I think if corona wasnt happening he would have told them to kick rocks.
Did anyone else see this coming months ago? I'm not sure what it was but Sofia always seemed a little off to me. The fact she wasn't comfortable letting Alex take the credit for the editing says a lot about her character. However, everyone deserves the right to defend themself and maybe Sofia will speak her side of the story. It's a shame this all happened because I did enjoy the Alex/Sofia dynamic but Sofia is expendable, Alex is the talent and the heartbeat of the podcast. This video alone compared to Sofia's brief Insta story vaguely alluding to "I'm upset, Alex betrayed me" shows the chasm between these two in terms of professionalism and talent. Where ever you go Alex, we follow. Roll on Wednesday.
Don’t really know what Sofia has to say though. Alex and portnoy had pretty much identical stories on how it went down. Sophia posted an Instagram story and practical just rambled on about nothing
@@davidharms It's true, it seems like Sofia tried to sabotage the CHD and Barstool deal. This is a classic case of "over playing your hand", she clearly overvalued her importance to the podcast and to Barstool.
@@nicolestanley2387 Yeah, I'll hear her out if she directly replies to Alex's video but seeing as she made a point in her Insta story of "Alex betrayed me" it seems as if she doesn't have much of a defence. Alex has said how she went behind her back and imo she was absolutely right for doing so. I'd have done the same. Unless Sofia reveals something that Alex and Dave aren't revealing, which seems unlikely, Sofia has well and truly played herself.
I’m proud of you. I don’t know you or about you, but know that standing up for yourself and using your gut will NEVER go out of style. My perception is that she was not ready for next level and you were, and she also taught you a huge lesson on listening to your “knowing” at every turn, even for the small things so that you know to do during the larger ones. I salute you
you had me engaged for the whole video not even skipping once, like literally on the edge of my seat and I don't even listen to Call her daddy. definitely will now though.. you're gaining hella supporters and new listeners
Honestly i just gained so much more respect for Alex. She seems like she has a good mind for business and her brand. Sofia made a huge mistake. Alex made an intelligent decision... Good Job Alex.
Could you imagine if Dave actually (to show sofia a lesson) gives Alex in her new contract everything that sofia wanted when she was moving the goalpost and cut sofia out entirely, would be the Best Karma of 2020 maybe all time
He 100% could because you have to realize he is paying half the salary so instead of two girls getting paid half a million like the revision one girl would get one million like the one Sofia wanted. And if Sofia is desperate her non negotiated contract is still out there and she would still be making 100k a year.
raf ave how did she steal it? If she did more, if not all the editing, then obviously she deserves to be compensated fairly for that? And I believe she already said that they both got a bonus, just that Alex had gotten more.
I’m not even going to lie, I never listened to call her daddy before... ever. But once all of this shit hit the fan, I followed the drama story. And NOW I would like to proudly say, I’m part of the Daddy Gang. And I love love love Alex and everything she is!
This show is really about you anyway. Your engagement with the audience and CARING about the content is what makes a good creator. We'll continue to watch/listen. This is a defining moment thats gonna shape your career and push you even further.
@@jpf1256 Totally agree, I might give it a chance but it won't be the same. The comments people are making about Sofia are awful. People make mistakes, guys. Unfortunately, friendships end as well....this doesn't mean we have to put someone down.
I have to disagree, the show was really about both of them, Sofia had a huge part in their team. Obviously I think shes a freaking idiot for giving up her career and best friend but the show was never just about Alex. Sofia added a lot of important aspects to their conversations, like her arrest story, high school stories growing up as a Catholic School girl, her vacation with her ex bf in mexico when she flashed everyone, she did the voice of baby alessi every week and made alex die laughing, she was much more of the "bad girl" in the duo as they grew up since alex did soccer 24/7 so she had way better stories for their audience, she was super funny, she added great banter and remarks to the conversation, they balanced each other out perfectly. so the ppint is is is sofia stupid and a dick for this yes? but was the show ever really just about alex? no way. theyre merch was sofia's mugshot after all. she will be missed for the perfect pariing they were at the time
Lex played victim here against her friend even fake cried looks like so she could keep views..she could have just been the bigger person regardless of what happened and just have said they were separating because of difference of opinions. She decided to put her friend on blast and in doing so trying to ruin Sophia's image/career. Sophia should be the one coming out winning from this
raf ave didn’t you see that Sofia put a video out first and threw Alex under the bus and didn’t mention anything she did wrong and blamed Alex and Dave for everything 🤷🏻♂️⁉️
I can't believe getting paid a half a million dollars for recording three hours of audio, not even having to edit it or do any of the other work, was not good enough for her. Hopefully she enjoys being unemployed.
Clisare she's been handed an easy life on a platter due to her looks and because of this she has a sense of entitlement. The sad thing is things are probably gunna work out for her because bitches like that normally land not their feet but cest la vie🤷♂️
@@IrishGlen1998 you think so? I think she won't be able to get good deals like this Barstool partnership bc she's tarnished her branding. Like what company would want to sign with someone that has a shitty business reputation?
I’ve never listened to the call her daddy podcast before and I realize what a huge loss and crazy time this must be for you but I just wanted to say that I’m subscribing to the podcast right now to hear more from you. xXgracexX333 i love it as well but i think she stands out just as she is doing it, she said it here she didn’t want it to get boring and i think if she did serious stuff it would get boring and not be a distraction for those of us looking for comedy entertainment.
Joe Rogan just signed a 100 MILLION DOLLAR deal with Spotify. If Sophia had any common sense, she should’ve seen the potential of owning the IP after only a year. 😒
@@pickle961 everyone wants to make money overnight. It will take time to perfection or master certain skills. They also admitted. 500k it's good to start with.
like what’s not clicking??? it wasn’t about money! that’s why her points were so ridiculous - she didn’t want barstool to agree to them. She literally said “What it comes down to is you don’t want to leave and I don’t want to stay.” She doesn’t care about making 1/2 a million if that’s not where she wants to be. It was never about money for her. It was just about money for you. Why am I just now realizing this??
Sofia seemed to be blindly listening to what Peter was saying, and Alex wanted the best for her career and her podcast, Alwx could've wanted to leave and still could be leaving when the year is over. She was smart and made a compromise to save her career, now Alex has a chance of winning a peoples choice award while Sofia is starting scratch in her mom's closet. She was offered her own podcast. I'm not on either of their sides because Laurn went with Alex and Milfhunter went with Sofia which shows none of them are fully wrong but Alex was smart and made sure whatever happened she didn't lose her career.
@@marytewd2312 Lauren added no value to CHD whereas milfhunter did so it’s definitely two different scenarios. And a compromise? That’s an interesting way to say she sold out her friend and went behind her back. Judging by the podcast only it seems that alex seems to fit her personality to whatever guest she has on and idk maybe that could’ve happened with sofia. She may’ve lead sofia to believe she doesn’t like it at barstool just as much as sofia does ... until the contracts came out of course. Obviously that’s just my opinion but I see yours too. Also, the suitman narrative doesn’t hold much weight to me anymore.
1. I don’t see how you can say it was just about the money for Alex when she literally wanted less than Sofia? Like could you expand on that it doesn’t make any sense to me? 2. Alex clearly valued the brand that she and Sofia had worked so hard to make more than Sofia which is why she was ready to take the deal on the rooftop itself. To me it was about the podcast as a whole for Alex while for Sofia it was about the the public image/money.
It sounds like when Sofia found out she was being underpaid she became obsessed with the money and lost sight of the brand she had built. I hope one day you guys will work things out as friends.
It’s been clear through out this whole thing that Alex did the heavy lifting AND was the first and for the majority of it, was posting on Instagram about what was going on. Sophia was always just “along for the ride”.
Interesting to note - Alex is the only one who's mentioned ANYTHING about concern for she & Sofia reconnecting, about concern for the daddy gang, about concern for continuing episodes, about ANYTHING of any morality!! All i heard up to this point before I watched this video was this: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. 🤷🏻 pretty sad. There you have it - Money is the root of all evil, folks!
You do know that elpresidente is gonna talk money about it cause it’s a podcast within his business. Elpres literally made them and the money went to there heads. Even when the struggle came with the podcast elpres still tried to help them but they went full bonehead. But yah Sophia is an idiot, Alex at least became a little smarter about the ordeal.
And that’s what I’ve been saying to my friends - I just want these gurls to get back together and make new daddy episodes because they’re a top rated podcast for a reason! Who knows if this sort of chemistry can be recreated.) I also think it’s been so sad to see the so called “daddy gang” cancel Sofia so quickly without hearing both sides like cmonnn. But this was extremely eye opening imo and I love how business savvy Alex is 🔥
Shes actually more likeable for me this now being this transparent than what she shows on her podecast and allows us too see since she said they usually did 3 hours and she edited down to 1 always
Actually just started watching the show after Sophia was already gone. I think you're doing amazing and you HAVE to do YOU. Looking forward to watching more episodes.
The IP is key here. It is invaluable in this situation bc like Alex said at the end, call her daddy is bigger than them. I don’t believe their individual brands are big enough to leave the IP in the dust or at least it would be a very tough up hill battle to do so. However, to receive your IP is astonishing. All they had to do was stick it out for a year and then they could do whatever they wanted. Who cares if you’re underpaid for a year bc after that, if you’re as valuable as you believe, you’ll have everything you need to cash in on it. You wanna know what’s not “industry standard”... Barstool giving up the IP.
I was thinking this the whole time. I don’t think Sophia truly realizes what the IP means... she’s blinded, likely because Peter would be getting more money pulling her out of CHD. No one who is educated on the value the IP holds, would make this decision. It’s MIND BLOWING. I’m glad Alex decided to make her own decisions because to lose this IP would have been detrimental to all parties. Sucks a friendship ended tho.
Joe Rogan was just given 130 million upfront for going to Spotify, plus the same again with bonuses over three years and he keeps his IP, they could have done a deal with Spotify for what 20/20 over three years, maybe more due to the demographic, this situation cost them wealthy money.
it’s sad to see how this all unfolded, we all loved the dynamic duo between the two of you and I wish Sophia the best (hopefully she finds another career), but Alex... YOU GOT THIS BABY !!! SHINE BRIGHT B
I’m glad we got to see this side of Alex . Such an intelligent well spoken woman. This whole time I just thought she was just another blonde girl from New York but damn. I’m impressed . Looking forward to new episodes!! #daddygang
How awesome is it, that 4 years later, Alex’s prediction/statement has reigned true… This show, and this brand is bigger than just two people! The amazing guests, Alex has had on, and the stories that have been shared! There is a reason this is one of the biggest podcasts in the world. You’ve been nothing short of absolutely stellar Alex!
Looks like we need more episodes on these types of relationships. The boyfriend that takes your friend away, cought up and forgetting who YOU are, is so sad. I think we've all been there unfortunately
Melissa Tenorio yup!! Sofia “ I wanna be transparent... Cryptic codes blah blah... Alex went behind my back... more encryptions blah blah.. call her daddy... coded speech blah blah... daddy gang” Alex... 100% real
If you’re patient, you’ll be rewarded. Needing instant gratification is only instant. I can’t believe that Sofia couldn’t wait 18 months on a 500k salary to get the rights to the show. That’s an absolutely incredible deal. I would genuinely shit my pants if someone told me that was going to my salary. Your patience will be rewarded.
I don’t listen to them but the girls should’ve done their research before signing the first contract and Barstool is fookin crazy for taking advantage of them Damnnnnn
Really?? This is an everyday case for anyone working in entertainment law, management, any talent agency and many roles within influencer culture. Literally bread and butter , as common as content .
It happens so often and its heart breaking! You can tell Alex really loved the show and the community and wanted to keep it running strong as long as possible. Sophia made it seem like it was a lottery ticket and she was trying to decide lump sum or annuity!
Damn this is crazy. I feel like Alex stuck w the quote “don’t bite the hand that’s feeding u” and I completely respect that. Can’t wait for this new journey for you Alex !!!

I just wanted to come on here and say I found out about this drama through the Tiny Meat Gang podcast and I came and watched this and can I just say that this was one of the best videos that I have ever watched. I am so sorry that you lost your friendship with Sophia and something that you thought would never change, but I think that you are going to be so much better off and you handled this whole situation so professionally. You tried so hard to stick by Sophia but at the end of the day you needed to do what was best for you and it stopped being about the both of you and I think that was fucking awesome. So shout out to you and now I consider myself daddy gang and will be listening to this podcast avidly!!!
Huh, crazy to think that the person who does all the editing thinks the IP is important while the coat tail rider thinks it isn't important. Sofia kinda sucks dude.
@Amged Fraik she probably thought they could leave the company and go anywhere else and recreate the same exact success. But she probably only thought that because she was the person who wasn't doing any of the heavy lifting to create the successful brand in the first place
Yall commenting on this must be guys because while we do rotate one tier of friends we have another tier that is truly like family, sometimes even closer. There’s just not as many of the close ones as the superficial ones.
Wow, hearing your story is like looking in a mirror! I completely understand how you feel. I went through something similar with a [business partner/friend] myself, and it definitely led to some restless nights. The whole thing was just unnecessarily draining. But good on you for deciding to go solo! It's such a weight off your shoulders, isn't it? Now you have complete control over your business, your "baby" so to speak. All those late nights and hard work you put in can truly flourish under your own direction. Wishing you all the best!

Timeline:
A. 2 self-employed vloggers are offered 3 year contracts averaging $85K per year. One of these employees literally doesn't know what "IP" means.
B. Employer is so happy with their performance, he gives them raises above the initial offfer
C. Employer gives extra salary to one of the vloggers for extra work she does
D. Employees get convinced they're Howard Stern and ask for $1 million salaries
E. Employer tells them to fuck off
F. 3 months later, he offers them $500K annual salaries and rights to the name of the podcast. Two things he is under no legal obligation to do. One of the ladies doesn't understand what she's being offered.

They were self-employed and then Barstool gave them contracts at which point they were not longer self-employed.

This is so bittersweet, but I’m also excited to see where Alex takes this. Her energy and efforts toward this podcast is what really makes it amazing. It’s sad that Sofia chose not to be apart of this

That's not really the same. That's a 60x difference compared to a 3x difference in length. And I'd hope that after a while someone would get better at editing the podcast to the point of not taking 3 business days.

Just think about it though, the show is both of their legacy! This is something they could do FOREVER! You can see Alex really takes pride in the show, as she should, but it will be brought down by stupidity and greed!
Sarah McGuire well said!
What I dont understand is, if she was so happy with the rooftop contract what was the need to negotiate without Sofia. All Sofia wanted mainly was the major share of IP. And what Alex got alone is 75% of IP in her last discussion with Dave. Something is missing there.

This controversy made Call Her Daddy way more popular, and now Sofia is out and won’t get any of the rewards

Neither of the are alpha lol
Alex has more sense but Sofia is just an airhead who is easily influenced and swayed by others.

@@tonynguyen224 nah they're both airheads...Alex just smartened up when she realized the amount of money that was at stake

I have to disagree, the show was really about both of them, Sofia had a huge part in their team.

Money in itself is not evil. It's the love of money that is the true culprit.
But this was extremely eye opening imo and I love how business savvy Alex is 🔥
Where is Sofia then? After this Alex respond, I'm more then wiling to ear Sofia part!
Have an open try out for Sophia’s spot and make content out of it.
Yes
Omg this would be so funny !
Yessss!!
Now that's quality content
Sophia can't be replaced this new podcast gonna be on a downward spiral Alex should have cashed out while she still could have
Can we get a "I wAs rEaDy tO tAkE a DeAl On ThE rOoFtOp" merch
YASSSS!!!
PLEEEEAAASSEEE!!!!!
@@kutekorri lol sucks a friendship ended tho. u dumb asf
IP is the key here
Joe Rogan was just given 130 million upfront for going to Spotify, plus the same again with bonuses over three years and he keeps his IP, they could have done a deal with Spotify for what 20/20 over three years, maybe more due to the demographic, this situation cost them wealthy money.
Lord Vader why am I dumb asf? Lol
Crazy she was denied 1M by barstool and then given 60M a year later by Spotify …..
Post-production is arguably the more important part of the process, and that raise is totally warranted.
it’s sad to see how this all unfolded, we all loved the dynamic duo between the two of you and I wish Sophia the best (hopefully she finds another career), but Alex... YOU GOT THIS BABY !!! SHINE BRIGHT B
FACTS!
I’m so sad about this whole thing too 💔
I’m glad we got to see this side of Alex . Such an intelligent well spoken woman. This whole time I just thought she was just another blonde girl from New York but damn. I’m impressed . Looking forward to new episodes!! #daddygang
Where can you watch the episodes?
toxicyoutuber if you have an iPhone use the podcast app!!
Minh Thu Spotify
JokerCirca66 lol what kinda CHD fan are you. Trying too hard to get a laugh.
Minh Thu you can listen on Spotify or the Stitcher app 🤍
How awesome is it, that 4 years later, Alex’s prediction/statement has reigned true… This show, and this brand is bigger than just two people! The amazing guests, Alex has had on, and the stories that have been shared! There is a reason this is one of the biggest podcasts in the world. You’ve been nothing short of absolutely stellar Alex!
Looks like we need more episodes on these types of relationships. The boyfriend that takes your friend away, cought up and forgetting who YOU are, is so sad. I think we've all been there unfortunately
Never get dickmatized
i love how this wasn’t heavily edited or cut, i trust this
Melissa Tenorio especially compared to Sofia’s minute story with 10 edits 🤨
Melissa Tenorio yup!! Sofia “ I wanna be transparent... Cryptic codes blah blah... Alex went behind my back... more encryptions blah blah.. call her daddy... coded speech blah blah... daddy gang” Alex... 100% real
Sofia probably never heard the saying “don’t bite the hand that feeds you”
If you’re patient, you’ll be rewarded.
@@AllySheehanwho?
She should just start doing Call Her Daddy as a guest show and bring a new person on every episode
Sofia's fun, but her issues got boring. I need a new edition of sloppy!!! I think this will only be good for the show, in a sad way
YASSS everyone thumbs this up so Alex see's it
Add Milf Hunter on the second mic
Never listened to an episode, I can’t believe I just watched this whole thing....and loved it
Same 😂
This is better than any episode ever
this drama is exactly what I needed in lockdown
Righhttt...I'm here from Andrew Schultz podcast
I don’t listen to them but the girls should’ve done their research before signing the first contract and Barstool is fookin crazy for taking advantage of them Damnnnnn
i always felt like it was your show and she was a cohost
What a crazy story.
Shes lying...
@@stevefromtekken2385 about?
@@TSJ99
Everything...
@@stevefromtekken2385 Yeah I agree. This was a crazy smear campaign they did against Sofia. Alex totally screwed Sofia over. Alex's show sucks balls.
Really?? This is an everyday case for anyone working in entertainment law, management, any talent agency and many roles within influencer culture. Literally bread and butter , as common as content .
It’s sad they were two best friends and money tore them apart
Chris Hansen a man tore them apart. If suit man aka peter never brought up they’re not making less in the industry they wouldn’t freak out
It happens so often and its heart breaking! You can tell Alex really loved the show and the community and wanted to keep it running strong as long as possible. Sophia made it seem like it was a lottery ticket and she was trying to decide lump sum or annuity!
Courtney Z You can’t deny the fact that Sofia’s greed had a lot to do with it.
Greed bro, that shit is corrupting af
Damn this is crazy. I feel like Alex stuck w the quote “don’t bite the hand that’s feeding u” and I completely respect that. Can’t wait for this new journey for you Alex !!!
LITERAL CHILLS AT THE END. love you father cooper, and i'm sorry for the pain this may be causing you right now. your strength is admirable and we got your back! much love :)
Girl best friend breakups will forever be worse than intimate breakups I’m sorry she did you like that :(
girl 'best friends' break up constantly. Girls have a new best friend every couple of years.
Agreed. There is so much backstabbing when two girls end a friendship that is so much worse than a romantic break up
@@MrBiggiefuckinsmalls disagreen if u fw some1 that much it feels way worse ! and girls get boyfriends every couple of years too so whats ur point ??
girls have new friends in almost every birthday post lmao
Yall commenting on this must be guys because while we do rotate one tier of friends we have another tier that is truly like family, sometimes even closer. There’s just not as many of the close ones as the superficial ones.
Sounds like Sophia needs a lesson in how valuable branding & trademarks are...
