Fr I'm a pvper so sometimes blizz forces us to pvp like for early tier set, I run 15+ and it's still easy enough to play with my feet in pvp gear
Yeah exactly, whenever I do 18s with my mates it's super easy and smooth, but whenever I pug 15s it's a nightmare

I feel the opposite about the raids and M+, raids are too long for me, not because I don't have the time but I feel chained to my desk for 4 hours. I prefer a quick M+ and then the freedom to do something else or another M+ if I want to. Also I prefer smaller groups, 5 people is optimal. The larger the group the more BS you have to deal with - people going afk, needing summons etc.
Spell density and smaller dmg numbers helped me a lot in terms of "getting an overview about whats happening".
But I agree that it is quite a lot happening on the screen.. for some buffs/effects more than needed.

For anyone that doesn't understand, when you're in recklessness, raging blow makes you charge to the target if you're not in melee range, he was in melee range, yet it made him charge into the first boss of Grimrail Depot, and it made him clip into the boss. He tried to explain it but he just stopped, he seemed clearly in a bad mood, probably a mix of having to do this stuff in a rush, being kinda deadweight and chat constantly talking shit about the game.
you can see by his other abilities he was just barely out of melee range just like with the accept button on the battle rez
His chat constantly talks shit. The only time I see Asmon's chat not talk shit is when he mentions his mom, otherwise the man is just constantly barraged by a band of assholes and backseaters.
Reckless Abandon is a shit choice for M+ anyway, way better off using Anger Management

People crying about him getting carried clearly haven't done a single m+, you constantly get worse players if you pug and a lot of them even have keystone master. I've had timed 15s in a pug with one of the dps doing less than 8k dps overall, and people constantly fucking even the easiest of mechanics.
people who are crying about +15 being hard are just bad players, i think they cant dodge a single mechanics, dont use kick or stun any CDs that helps them.
I agree with you, you can clear +15 with pugs and even carry one green person along the way and finish it on +2
@@Rolaz Yup, pretty much. We're usually 2 players who kick in pugged 15s, and the healer usually is VERY passive, to the point of not ccing or kicking at all. It's not rare to deplete, but most of the times you can time it close enough with shitters.
And even more of them barely use cds in trash...
My point is Asmon didn't do that bad, considering the average player in LFG, AND you usually carry at least 1 player like Asmon anyways.
yup. KSM is a terrible indicator of any kind of skill. somebody with a 2k rating could be pretty awful or pretty good.

I love these "lets get this stuff before they remove it from the game" kinds of videos, I've been days hoping for the keystone master vid. It's quite rare seeing him play wow these days unfortunately.
It's funny how his demeanor completely changes when he's not topping damage meters. He seems all depressed and down on himself/the game but if he was smashing dps meter he'd be talking bullshit and not even mentioning how cluttered the game is.

And the majority of the difficulty was getting world buffs.
I don't mean to call Asmon bad, but with his ilvl and gear, how on Earth does he get to do a maximum of like 12-13k sustained single target dps? And as a Fury Warrior too!

He's in the wrong talents and covenant, and he doesn't use his cooldowns often enough. So many times bladestorm and AA are just sitting there available.
He complains alot of the game having to many abilitys, but at the same time put 0 efort in to learning any of it... Mechagon is one of the best dungeons blizzard have ever made, is not perfect but still.
The screen clutter isn't that bad imo. U get used to it pretty quickly if u play the game enough
Also helps to not have your screen be nothing but numbers cause of an addon.
All that clutter is his choice. DF allows for a superclean ui if you just sort it right.
dude all those number when he attacks are straight up from an addon he has on and refuses to turn off legit a majority of the clutter is by his own design cus of addons and weakauras he just put on and refuses to clean up

It kinda hurts to see how terrible his damage was after how good asmon used to be.
His damage was fine. He’s not Kyrian so that’s a huge dps loss.

@@Ecliptor. yeah, it's honestly an absolute joke right now to get 278+ ilvl in every slot, and if you have the time to run every dungeon as mythic 15+ ONCE like asmon here you're probably sitting around 285~ at least unless you get pretty unlucky... if you raidfind for the dinar which takes almost no time at all every week and is easy to get carried through you can get 3 free pieces of gear at 285~ (2 trinkets and a weapon) to filling slots essentially for free.
WoW in season 4 has been SUPER easy and satisfying to just gear up and go. I find his complaining about gear and stuff a bit odd, but yeah I mean if you just don't play you fall behind which is how WoW always worked.
I turned off dmg numbers completely. Makes more fun :D dmg meters are enough for me to see how big my numbers are.
I play WoW for fun not this bull crap. There’s a reason so many people are playing wrath classic right now. This is the antithesis of what WoW was meant to be wtf are they doing. Get rid of M+ and focus on making content for the game.
M+ is probably the most popular part of the game. Why don’t you like it? It’s great to have a continuous difficulty curve that you can keep pushing all expansion.
@@kye4216 doing the same dungeon beyond the scope of gear over and over is not fun at all. I would rather they focus their resources on making more dungeons for us than focus on M+. They don’t even give proper rewards for doing M+ anyways, it’s not like the challenge modes in Pandaria and WoD anymore. It’s literally just a time waster.

Asmon hits the nail on the head why the game is bleeding subs. Everything is a massive gated grind. Literally everything. Mount farming 1% or lower drops on most of it. Tmog, instance locks and restricted to having to go on the job you want it on. Want that mount from 10 years ago? Enjoy your 100+ runs. There is nothing that has a shorter stick that is fun to do. Now not everything should drop first try. We all know that. But the gating on top of the low drop rates/spawn timers just makes the game feel awful unless you have no life outside of the game. It chases away so many people that I don't see it changing anytime soon unless they start applying DL systems to old content AND STOP PUTTING 1% drop rate on so many things getting added to the game. Each expac should have one chase item and that is it, for each catagory like Mog, Mount, Pet, etc.

I don't think M+ is that messy. It's just the first few runs you do then you understand everything. And probably not having your important spells in the middle is also fucking you up, constantly having to look down and up and catching up quickly what you missed in that time. And also probably consider disabling chat bubbles. Your mates are a little bit too chatty xD

It would be less toxic and more enjoyable since it would be more akin to a 5 player competitive match.

Early 2000's gamers would have revolted and moved onto a different game. But this was back in the day when WoW was about the journey, not the destination.
I personally hate the m+ system. allowing people to gear up and fully invalidate entire raid tiers is fucking dumb. that being said, I understand why they made it this way and how it does allow people to kind of progress to satisfying "end game" power while challenging themselves more, but idk... it feels kinda cheap lol you basically end up in full mythic+ and vault gear 100% of the time unless you're in a mythic raiding guild and at that point why are you even doing the raids??? you're not gonna get gear that comes close until like the last heroic bosses. that sucks ass lol

Yeah, but it's the difference between naturally occurring game play and artificially created busy work. It's difficult to explain properly. There are so many little differences that have all added up over the years to make the experiences wildly different from one another. Anyway, still gonna check out the expansion, mythic+ and all. smh

@@jfklmk13447 Both karas if you ask me. Those keys were completely cursed for me. GD is aids too, but only really the worst with mechanics like sanguine, can barely move lmao, that dungeon wasn't made for m+ affixes and it shouldn't have never gotten past testing.

Community asked for the return of old dungeons as Mythic+, we had a pool and we chosed few ones. They want to do that for each season from now on. So with the new dungeon of each expansion, we will have few guests too every season to spice it up
"Every patch my gear becomes invalid. I can keep up" because you rely on carries and your fanclub to do everything while you complain about people dying and how bad your dps is

WoWs HUD/UI is certainly a big mess. I started playing a little just to have a character ready to play Dragonflight, but I sure hope their HUD/UI overhaul also addresses this cluster of crap on the screen. I know people hate the comparison, but FFXIV's aoes/attacks are so streamlined you don't need a compendium to figure out what's a stacker or what's a friendly aoe or isn't.

They've introduced old dungeons into the M+ rotation. Good idea. Some great dungeons in WoD for example - despite the expansion itself not being so great.

Just starting wow. Was a ff14 and lost ark played (still am) but wanted to try out wow because it's honestly looks more enjoyable than ff14 to me.
I only really enjoyed ff14 for the story. Gameplay was extremely boring to me which lead to me having MUCH more hours in lost ark
