Excuse me wile I nerd out because I love talking about myths and legends, naga’s are from Hinduism and Buddhism, they are a race of half snake half human Demi gods/minor gods who live in the seventh and lowest realm of Patala, Naga-loka (Patala is the underworld however don’t let that title fool you it’s actually described as a better place than Svarga realm of the gods). They are also dharmapala, which are known as “defenders of justice”, “guardians of law”, “wrathful gods”, and “dharma protectors” (dharma is a hole other can of worms and a complex concept, but for simplicity sake it’s the path of righteousness, a cosmic law and order) they are known for being incredibly protective over Buddhist. Naga’s in particular have more often than note been depicted guarding or protecting something, in fact they are followers of Virūpākṣa, one of the four heavenly kings that guards the western cardinal direction, and their main job under his command is protecting the gods the Asura, who are the enemies of gods. Given how they are wrathful protector gods this characterization isn’t too far off.
Now I'm not one to normal do this, but lol first. I'm excited to see where all of the non pen content will take us. Already starting off strong with brand new videos, as awesome as this video is aside I really hope we still get to see some familiar faces we haven't seen in a while ( for example really hoping the bad jokes 4 pirate reference means we'll get to see out favourite mysteries captain)
*His scales were an Obsidian black, like liquid glass in motion, he would unhinged his jaw to "Drop" his jaw before "Picking it up off the floor". The rattle on the end of his tail would be rattling as he paced around the cave, it normally made noise when he was happy, sad, scared or angry.*
