The ability we have isn't "spreading happiness" via touch
I think that when we're feeling a strong emotion, and someone touches us, they also feel that strong emotion. For example, we were terrified. She touched us. She was scared too, for a moment.
...though.. this doesn't really explain the desire to protect us..

i'm gonna guess its more of a built in non-invasive mind control? That uses emotional sharing simply to make them better able to protect us...?

Power to calm things? Interesting. I like the concept. Like image a security person comes in to take the listener away th3n he just touches him. "Oh my god im so sorry im just gonna hold you" the other monster gets jealous and the morning "he why are there human bones under my bed??
so when she goes to pick up the listener for the first time, does that means that she is way bigger than the average human or the listener is just small or even a kid? cuz I like the implication of her being BIG. Seems more wholesome than a shady corporation putting a kid to face a murdering monster :^V

From the thirty seven seconds that I've heard, this script is an SCP fanfic. Clues include containment chamber, an equivalent to D-class, but the robotic voice would be probably SCP-079, Old AI.
I had to pull up SCP-101's page on the wiki to make sure that this is either a different universe, or the Chaos Insurgency.

Meet 067
An subject who ability is to give an oddly good feeling to every alive being it is in contact but the subject 067 doesn't have control to when and how it gives the chemicals to the other being, the chemical is not known by the cientist and may be new to the man kind. Subject 067 chemicals are just distributed to anyone who touches them even without the consent of 067 the chemicals are still released, sounds good? No, the chemicals are part of 067 energy, who more you touches, more tired and sick it gets, if you touch the "drained" 067 you won't get the good chemicals but an very sick, tired and unhappy, things like nausea, vomit and fevers are also an symptom after touching an 067 who chemicals are gone and cant release them.
067 is getting more and more drained during the test days, by cientists keeping contact with the being who doesn't want touch, who touches hurt them by stealing their energy and even health
