  • Let's talk about the tech behind obstacle sensing in drones, it sometimes feels like the cameras build a forcefield!

Have you ever had to rely on these sensors?

I kinda want an obstacle avoodance drone. But they are to expensive for me. The mini 2SE is awesome though! Its funny their entry level drone is better than many other flagships.

The Mini 2 SE is a brilliant drone, I use it for training regularly as its so easy to fly.

Well, most of them are pretty safe for most people. Some of them are specifically designed to be dangerous to certain people.

yea but it doesn't tell you how far away the wall is from your drone 🤔

The new ones on Mavic 3 do in a traffic light system. The Inspire 3 goes even further and has a colour-coded mini map to show obstacles

Hi! I have a dji spark and I am trying to find a way to make money out of it. I have tried Ariel photography but since I live in London, not many people are looking for that kind of service. Is there anything that I can use my drone for to make some money!! (I have all my licenses)

Most drone jobs these days have blended into others. For example, aerial surveying is now often done by traditional sur eyors or people in those businesses.
Likewise many wedding videographers have added a drone to their arsenal.
Drones are a tool that can add value to a service and so what you may find is that a wider package may be required to get customers these days.

@@AlexRobbins_ I have worked with DJI drones before specifically Mavics with lidar sensors and with that I can make 3d maps of anything that it can see!
