Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt gave us a genuine performance! Tom Cruise has outdone himself for this role, he brought Lestat to life, that is an undeniable evidence. I am disappointed that it ended, I really loved the relationship between Louis and Lestat, the deep chemistry between these two men is overwhelming. Nothing to do with The Queen Of The Damned, although it is the continuation of the books and it has amazing soundtracks, no work can match the treasure that is Interview with the Vampire in my opinion. I am a kind of pissed by the remake news, I don't understand why they have to do it and possibly ruin such a masterpiece. I don't know what I have done over the years to pass next to it, and now that I have seen it, I feel so nostalgic. I am still touched and want more and more. I am probably going to read the books, I want to discover all the story and know how the characters future is done. She was a child who was stuck being a child, and because of this she turned to some nasty habits to get what she wanted. She hurt and manipulated Louis constantly with the guilt that she herself gave him, he felt obligated to her because he was the one who stole her life. She knew that and used it to her advantage. She shouldn't be forced to be their little doll, but she also was in the wrong. If anything she is what ruined their home, she and Lestat were not compatible, their egos were too large and they both wanted Louis to themselves, and Louis was torn between them because of the guilt that he still held, and Claudia used that and tore him from Lestat, albeit Lestat wasn't the greatest anyway.

Lestat was beyond evil to Louis he didn't give him any choice she just murdered him it wasn't like Lewis had a choice because he was scared and just didn't want to die so that's why he said yes he didn't let Lestat turn him into a vampire he didn't have a choice and then Lestat was always murdering people in front of him despite him knowing that Lewis hated that more than anything and it hurt him Beyond anyting and that Lewis didn't want to be like him and he didn't want to murder people and be an evil horrible monster like Lestat but Lestat never took into consideration what Luis wanted Lewis was just his pet so I was so happy when Lewis finally broke his Stockholm syndrome and as loyal as Lewis was to him I was so glad that he finally figured out that he was evil and ran away from him in the process he had to burn am not that he wanted to any felt incredibly bad about it even though what's that was a f****** evil monster to him
