Quoi is actually sarcastic way of say “What”. I think Paul was mocking Lestat because the meal that had was Creole Gumbo, not Bouillabaisse. But Lestat wouldn’t know that because it’s his first time in “New World”.
2:48 brilliant scene composition there. Louis, caught in the middle of Claudia and Lestat. And when Louis’s not in the scene, there is distance between the other two. These folks know what they’re doing on this show.
1:24 "this is not a life!" "that's cause you took my life!" my favorite scene in the show. so well-written with so many layers of meaning and stellar performances from both sam reid and jacob anderson.
Not one of the scenes of Lestat getting humbled being his literal murder 💀 Savage This video also makes me think about how we were absolutely robbed of the scene of Lestat crouching down behind a bush, watching Louis getting it on with Jonah and sobbing uncontrollably. I know it wasn't possible because it's all from Louis' pov but it would have been so perfect for this compilation
This is hilarious, and he's such an even worse villain in this TV version, I wish the whole show was just everyone roasting Lestat because he deserves it 😖
In the book I actually feel sorry for him. I’m currently reading the Price Lestat which is him telling his story. Now I understand why he is the way he is.
well… now that season 2 is over we now know Louis distorted some things too not sure how that’ll change audience’s view on him but i think the writers aren’t gna go around glorifying him s3, with how they make a point time and time again how flawed each character is and always will be
@@aerrrrrrI definitely like him more now that I know Louis made him out to be more of a villain than he really was. Added so much more depth and actually complicated his character in a good way. Great character and amazing acting done by both men.
I have watched the episodes over and over again. An absolutely incredible series with an amazing talented team of actors, producers, those behind the scenes, etc. Unfortunately, I have not read the book/s, so I am hoping that Lestat will rise up and find his way back to Louis. Bravo to the handsome Sam Reid for his outstanding performance throughout each episode 🌹❤
The show doesn’t really follow the books. I do recommend them. AMC is doing their own thing. The movie does a better job. Anne wrote the script for the movie. Am I happy with the show 100 percent of the time? No, but I try to see it as it’s own thing. I really like how they are playing with the unreliable narrator, and I do like Sam Reid as Lestat.

Great to wake up to this. Thank you for keeping us fed, that vampire 🧛♂️ fix we need. 🤗 That clip of Louis telling Lestat he will always be alone , does hurt though. Lestat was wrong , that was 1 time Louis was cruel. Have a great day🌷🌹🤔
@jordanparker657, Louis was cruel to him a few times, but that one was deep. If he hadn't ended up bringing Claudia home, I'm sure he would have just come home and ignored the argument and Lestat would have too, just to have Louis home again.
@@HuntingViolets You're so right, directly to the heart♥ of his greatest fear. Louis would have just walked around the block and went home. These two, I just want them to get some individual and couples therapy. I love their love and want this to be Endgame. The whole Armand thing next season...... It's going to be tough 😪😷🤧😔
✨ Of course ✨ 😂❤ 1:50 he is the best 😂❤ Louis did me a favor by throwing out that ugly coffin 🤣⚰ I didn't like it from the start 😂 Lestat can afford a better coffin 😌 🤣⚰ She is going to be a vampire omg wow!
i hope he constantly gets humbled in season 3 i hope daniel gets to humble in in multiple scenes in the next season because im a “daniel ships louisxtherapy” and would love to see daniel dislike him for what he did to louis
As much as I can definitely agree with many of these moment's I found Louis absolutely INSUFFERABLE at times much like in the books. He wants so desperately to hate Lestat and everything he stands for because he can't own his own decision's when it matters. Trying to pass himself off as "human" when he was constantly fighting the urge to cut loose. Claudia was slowly but surely becoming much worse than Lestat but Louis refused to see it. Claudia was HIS decision and he couldn't see the disaster unfolding before his eyes. Why is it forbidden to make a child a vampire? Helplessness, immaturity, how others perceive you, and forever being entombed within hopeless youth.
That scene of Claudia mimicking his gagging is so iconic. She killed him (almost literally) with that one

Lestat face when Louis says “that’s why me and you ain’t never gonna work”🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. He was GAGGED.
"Perhaps we should let him decide if he wants to see me or not"...SPLAT! 🤣🤣

Paul: *mocking French noise*

@@matchbox64 Interesting
@@matchbox64 The bouillabaisse line always stuck out to me because it’s not part of creole cuisine. Your explanation makes perfect sense.

Always losing it, when he screams "Good night!" in French 🤣🤣🤣
Okay, but that scene of Louis throwing him against the wall wasn't really him getting humbled, because Lestat was freaking enjoying that shit.
I just love how Louis sends a message to Lestat by throwing Lestat's coffin from the second floor and into the street below, breaking it into pieces
The fact that you can hear the coffin being dragged a few seconds beforehand really seals the deal of how wonderful the scene is 😂😂
