I'm using a 3rd party (my hosting company). Set up email in there. Set it up within Microsoft. I receive an email from MS stating settings are set yet when i email myself from a personal email addy (outlook) to my new email, i receive nothing.....so frustrating

I found this video when searching for help on, why has all my emails and folders are not accessible from the old version of Microsoft Outlook.
