Is because your phone has been hacked! . Check if your “ Amazon App” has the search box on the top!? If you’re search box is on the bottom is a fake App. In this case: everything that you’re seeing on your screen is fake and they have complete control of your phone. If you just upgraded your phone or went to your carrier do anything on your phone them you have to change your carrier to another one. Doesn’t matter how bad your phone gets “ Don’t let any techno support to remotely fix your phone” period.. if they do they will spread the virus to the other devices at your house
