Speaking as a Minnesotan that has build snowmen taller than himself, the capability of rolling snowballs is almost entirely dependent on the weather conditions; there is a sweet spot where it really does roll almost as well in cartoons, but you have to have the right conditions.
As a Dutch person, can confirm this
I would say namely 30-34 degrees Fahrenheit is the sweet spot
The few times there has been enough snow in UK for snowmen, I have always done it by rolling, never even thought that it might not work, probably because it never gets much below freezing which puts it in @hypennate 's zone

It's now a recurring element that, whenever two teams on Jet Lag have a showdown to create a better artwork than each other, the team that puts gummy candies in their creation is the one that wins. Surely this will be a major consideration in future gameplay.

Wednesday just became my new favorite day of the week again
Sam finally has a teammate who is even more fanatical than him. That's gonna make for an awesome duo, i'm sure.
Whoever took the snowman photos did Ben and Adam dirty- they made the call to spend extra time to make a bigger snowman and you take it all away with the perspective shots!
Ben kicking the snowman’s head off and doing a polar bear check for the dance is top tier content already, excited for the season!
Suspense-wise it seems like a questionable choice to give one team a 17h lead right off the start - didn't do the NZ edition a lot of good - but I'm sure you accounted for that, so I'm excited to see how it continues.
The routes are flexible, there's also the sleeper train during rest period option so I think it'll be more open ended
It's very unlikely Sam and Michelle will get on a sleeper train before the rest period starts, so it's more like a 5ish hour lead.

I completely misunderstood the concept for this season. I thought every day there would only be those 4 tickets and the looser of the first plane challenge would literally have the spend the day getting the other 3 tickets and then get the next days plane ticket

I absolutely loved when I went up Utqauivik in January 2020....wind chills of about -60. Was well worth the trip up there. Arctic Ocean was frozen solid when I was there!!!
