Thank you so much for highlighting this! You are absolutely right! My source says he worked for 6 different law enforcement agencies in the last 4 years-- which highlights a fundamental problem in Law enforcement hiring practices and disciplinary practices. Often, the disciplinary records of officers will be private and considered "personnel" issues and will not be released to the public or sometimes even to other agencies. I have seen this have disastrous consequences before; the death of 19-year-old Anton Black in my state, Maryland, comes to mind. They continue to protect problem cops even when they KNOW they are a problem. I don't understand the culture of protecting bad officers. If a journalist gets caught lying or plagiarizing someone's work, they get publicly blasted and fired- like Jayson Blair. His name is literally an insult to another reporter if you think their work is derivative or "borrows" too much from another reporter's work. If you work for the Department of Public Works and you get caught dumping all the recycling into the landfill, you get fired! Not protected. But when it comes to some of the most powerful people with the ability to take your freedom or end your life-- they keep their pension and get a new job? This "loophole" in the system must be fixed, and the public needs to demand it, for their own protection. Thank you for your comment-taya

They are trained to create crime out of behaviors they get to interpret in any way that they want. There is no “retraining”. They will just say, “Hey now, in order to convince people you feared for your life, you needed to establish one more level of reasonable suspicion to establish probable cause, before shooting that unarmed woman in the face, and that was your mistake.” The word “retraining” is code for “make them harder to hold accountable in the future for their actions”, by making sure that they subvert a random citizens rights the “correct” way. We need a hard reset in the judicial system, nationwide.

      Firedcase?
I have been all over the country because my mom was in the military and perhaps what you're saying is they don't always escalate it to murder and prefer passive murder through their crooked court systems where the truth is only relative to whatever loopholes they can create to nullify the protections of the constitution and repurpose the law to oppress the people to death instead of using their firearms. Now you can't say they don't get their quota's creating criminals out of innocent people by twisting the law to abuse the people of their communities because those who can't afford legal help are ritually abused even on video. They don't care about video proof which makes them even more dangerous to the people of their communities.
So if Internal affairs are keeping them in check; why are they getting away with lying in court to persecute the innocent for their own advantage over the defenseless and legal help is out of reach of the poor? Legal aid is always on the side of making money for the courts as it has been proven every place I've witnessed. That's not legal help to protect the innocent and defend the people from the corrupt court systems.
Cursing people with false records that prevents them from having a way to survive is merely a passive way of murder by cutting them off from a chance at life. I've known many people under their oppression and I've personally witnessed it myself. Cops who are willing to lie in court are just as evil as this cop.

@firedcase literally these people don't know the stats. Media just gasses this stuff up to make people think there is a black genocide from cops. When in reality, a blk person has a .00006% chance of being killed by police and it drops to .00002% when unarmed and nonviolent. This means a blk person is 100x more likely to be struck by lightning 🌩 but I don't see a national campaign against thunderstorms...
