    I just wanted to say that I changed my diet and started taking Vitamin E about a week ago and my cysts have already started to dissolve! Even the massive ones that sat on the surface are pretty much gone. Your info saved me from having to constantly make appointments to get my cysts drained. Thank you so much!!

    I just had to take a moment to give a huge thanks to the doctors for this video. I’ve been taking the Vitamin e and Iodine for only two weeks and if it wasn’t me experiencing it I wouldn’t believe it. I’ve been suffering for years with dense tissue, cysts, and severe pain. In just these two short weeks my pain has almost completely diminished, my cysts have dramatically decreased in size and my dense tissue is softening. And to think a few weeks ago my doctor advised me that a lot of women who have such a severe case of Fibrocystic breast disease opt for mastectomies. So thankful to have come across this video. Thank you so very much! 😘

      I'm on this journey myself and it *seems* the addition of iodine has had a positive effect on my breast fibroadenoma (and it DEF has had a positive effect on the pain I get in my breast tissue). Unfortunately for me I also discovered that cocoa/cocao also has a direct (negative) effect on my monthly breast pain/swollenness so that has now been eliminated XD. Also, have you looked into castor oil packs? Those can be effective as well!

    Hello ladies! First I want to thank you for this informative video. I've always looked for natural remedies rather than man-made chemical remedies. I just had my annual mammogram this month, February 2019 and it came back with some "Other abnormal and inconclusive finds on diagnostic imaging of breast R92.8" My mammogram last February came back "normal". I realize that you cannot diagnose me because you don't know me or my medical history. :) I am just concerned to get this back. I have a history of Fibrocystic breast since in my 20's. I have had a cyst in my left breast aspirated quite some time ago. (years) I had a hysterectomy in 2012, which now I'm hearing that there is a new way of dealing with fibroids. Looks like I missed the train on that one. Anyway, my mother never had any fibrocystic breasts but I do. We have no real history of breast cancer per se, but my mother's mom, my grand mother was diagnosed when she was in her 80's and had to have a mastectomy. She was complaining of pain for years and her doctor would just send her home. This developed over time. In other words, by neglect. My grand mother lived in California, my mother lived in PA and my cousin was trying to make sure that she was O.K. I don't blame her I really blame that "doctor" by not doing his job properly. My mother went to bring her back with her in PA and that's when she was diagnosed. There is no record of any else having breast cancer. Can I develop breast cancer from having fibrocystic breasts? I always go for my annuals and never miss any. Thank you. And I understand if you can't answer this question.

    I have fibrocystic breasts. I had the cysts drained via fine needle aspiration last April. As expected, the cysts in my left breasts have grown back as of about 2 weeks ago. Two hard lumps. I don't drink caffeine (mostly drink water), have eaten chocolate only once in the last few months, I drink almond milk, can't eat eggs but do eat yogurt sometimes. I'm going to try the vitamin E and primrose remedy. Thanks for posting this.

      Also, did they do the fine needle aspiration during a regular doc visit or is it a major procedure like a biopsy?

    • @dimpledintrovert
      @dimpledintrovert 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Anamewillcometomelater My cysts are actually a little hard but tissue-y. I do get a little pain in the breast but it's not sharp pain, more like a dull pain and it's not constant. Because of my having FCBC, my doctor wants me to have a mammogram once a year. I'm due for one next month. You definitely need to get a mammogram and ultrasound. Since you have a history of cysts, that's probably what you have now but you still need to have it done to rule anything else out and for your own peace of mind.

      Big controversial question with many answers depending. In the conventional realm of thinking dosing of iodine is in the microgram dose range. 150-300mcg etc
      There is another camp of docs that really likes large MG dosing - ie 12.5mg etc
      My comfort zone is to always start at a lower dose and watch how someone is responding if there is a possibility of a negative side effect- in this case sometimes ind do have issues with large doses (but many also do fine). Best to work with an integrative doc who can monitor your labs as you try various doses.
      The bottle of product you have should be marked for shelf life
