Hello can you tell 1-Does BARC conduct same exam for Phd and Scientific officer? 2-Can I appear for interview of both scientific officer, and for Phd?
No scientific officer exam is different. For PhD there's no exam.
Yes you can appear for both interviews.

Who told that second round of interview will take place?
I think it was mentioned in the mail or during the interview, wasn't it? Please correct me if i am wrong.

I don't know yaar. Google search is also not telling anything. It is possible ki aagaya ho and mujhe nahi liya ho. Personal mail kiya ho selected candidates ko.
