Great video and even greater bike. I just got my engine stuff back from Hammer. I went with the 100+ HP package. Did you get those tappet blocks from Hammer or another place? They look real sharp. Also, Did you have your engine powder coated or buy everything black? Thanks again.

sweet build man.. I have something similar planned for my 883, engine wise.. but I'm going with a bobber instead of a street legal drag bike lol

Hey Leon. I like the Danmoto 2 into 1 and they are inexpensive coming in around $300.

What brand of aluminum wheels are they. and will they lace up to stock 05 hubs?

    Sir
All your videos are interesting and equally informative. Keep up the great effort.
What will b the difference in performance, when you use the 90 ci kit from hammer performance with only stage 1 level of upgrade. I mean without altering the stock cams or lifters. Simply a 90ci sportster with only stage one upgrade.
Are the hammer big bore kits reliable for a long term street use.
Also I have heard about the oil pump drive gear being prone to failure with performance upgrades. How do u manage this with your bikes.
    Waiting for your kind reply.
All the very best for your channel.

Hello Deepak and thank you for watching! I would not suggest the 90 inch kit for a stage 1 street bike. A more reliable and better fit for the stage 1 set-up would be the 1275 kit. If you are only building a 1275 stage 1 kit the stock oil pump gear would be fine. The stage 1 kits without cams would not be as hard on a motor as a build with high lift cams. The cams and valve train have a major place in your build. Thank you!

Love your bike sir I have a question for my sportster there is a light ticking sound coming out of the rocker box the bike has 75,000 miles on it can you help me is it the lifters are they leaking also I would like to convert my road glide from a belt to a chain I like chains better it's only a five speed transmission and I want to get better highway mileage how many teeth would you recommend in the back and in the front thank you

Hello DRT and thank you for watching!!! It is a little hard to say about your ticking but it could be a worn rocker arm shaft or end play in the rocker arm. The tappet leak may be a tube seal? I am sorry but I do not know what the correct gearing would be for a chain conversion on a Road Glide. On my XL I run a 22 transmission and a 50 rear.

How hard was it to fit the Track swinger? Been wanting to do it myself. I really enjoy your TH-cam channel, thanks for sharing.

Hey Biggin! It took a little effort to fit. The biggest issue was fitting the new brake caliper which is required on the application.

Hi Todd and thank you! That is a Trac Swing Arm and they are made in California. The are currently being made and the cost is $1199 for the silver model. If you run it on the XL you would also need a aftermarket caliper and caliper hanger which is an additional $300 to $550 so the whole setup is expensive but most custom HD accessories can be. Thanks again!!
