I love Beauty and the Beast so much I begged my groom to do a choreographed dance with me for our wedding. We surprised our guests and they loved it!!
Update: Wow, everyone has been so sweet to us! Thank you so much! We are so glad that most people seem to enjoy this! We are total amateurs, we practiced for months, and it's not perfect but SO much fun. I recommend everyone be a little daring and put yourself out there. The feeling of accomplishment can't be beat!

Beast from the video here. Just wanted to say thank you for all the great comments. I have an amazing partner who made me see that this idea wouldn't be crazy after all. I only say to those who attempt this to remember that it may be all you think about till it happens. Public performance can be stressful but if it's with the right person then you're good to go.

You are very fortunate to have a husband that went along with this. So many men are very shy of dancing for more than a few minutes, even at their weddings. It is a shame that dancing is no longer considered a part of our culture.

This wasn't perfect by any means but IMO that's what makes it both so charming and such a statement of love. The attempt and commitment to do it is beautiful! I love it. I can only imagine that the fella was a bit nervous but he pushed through to give his bride a beautiful memory that he can be proud of. Forget all the negative comments. This was lovely.

We've been rehearsing this dance to perform at our wedding and... we've just realised that this is the 3:30 radio edit, which isn't the 4+ version you can find on the internet. It makes a difference because the usual version is longer at the end (Beauty and the Beast line is said twice) and screws our choreography up.

Hello! This was a verrry simplified version of the dance style Viennese Waltz. Normally it's faster and takes a lot more skill than we had! Being complete beginners, we had to take lessons for months!
