So much of your culture is also preserved, Mama Afrika still lives in the hearts, the minds, the soul and the blood of her children all over the world. It's interesting being an African looking into African American culture because i don't think you guys realize truly just how much of your African culture you have retained and continue to practice over the centuries. I was watching a few D9 fraternities and sororities and their stepping is so similar to dances in multiple African cultures, particularly the Zulus. Though you were robbed of so much of your history and culture, you have retained a lot of it and have created a new culture that brings pride and joy to all your brothers and sisters in the diaspora! We love and stand with our AFRICAN American brothers and sisters.
@@MsZee2023 God has blessed us all. No matter where Africans have traveled in the world, including African Americans…Africa shines through. I was also thinking of African American fraternities and sororities, even church praise teams or just a family reunion…turn on the music and no matter the age the dancing begins. I believe it comes from a joyous heart unable to be contained. So it overflows.
When I tell you this absolutely the "BEST" wedding dance I have ever seen. So much energy. Whoever choreographed this dance, did that. The bride is absolutely beautiful, her and ALL the ladies are. And Kings, ya'll did that.
As an AA we often think that a lot of the things that we do in America has been created here by us but I'm starting to realize it has been "Innate" in us and comes out not knowing it stemmed from our people that we have long forgotten from Mother Africa. We are of the African Diaspora and our ancestors will not let us forget what or who we are.

As African-Americans, so much of our culture is missing. It is beautiful to see this. Mau they have a happy life together.
Alfrida can't be lost its forever alive. check congolese female singers from the 80s. those divas will blow your mind
So true
@@chimcham6762 I say this all the time, African American culture is rich and beautiful
I can't believe this is a wedding they all look like professional Dancers even the Bride n Groom, love the Dance moves. God Bless u all.

My thoughts!?
When I tell you this absolutely the "BEST" wedding dance I have ever seen. So much energy. Whoever choreographed this dance, did that. The bride is absolutely beautiful, her and ALL the ladies are. And Kings, ya'll did that.

🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬In Uganda,,we definitely feel the Congo vibes. Keep the 🔥🔥🔥 ablaze.
U WILL always be African !!!!!!!
And u r VERY MUCH WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!💓
There r many videos u. TH-cam ...... expecially Ghana the year of return......

I've been watching quite a few of the Congolese Wedding Entrances and I have to say, WOW. I love them. Such artistry and joy and my favorites are when the Bride and Groom are involved. I look at everyone's face and see the appreciation and pride of presenting the culture, creativity and spirit of the Congolese. Remember, we are all brothers and sisters. @@apolokabali6718Ironically Uganda your country is one two countries that are the cause of Congo chaos. The ADF rebelles force from Uganda, yet they kill in Congo! Rwanda also created many small rebel groups in Congo. Together Uganda and Rwanda are the problems for Congo. I moved to Africa from the states to feel the power and I can only say, "It feels so good". What a beautiful comment. I think your move is very brave to say the least. I myself, have yearned for Africa, ever since I awakened from a month long coma in 2002.
