'Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da' sung 3 years BEFORE The Beatles wrote the song by a Norwegian singer!

What happened here? In 1965 Bente LInd and the Lunicks published a song named 'Go Joe', which has (in parts) the same melody as Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da by the Beatles, which was written 3 years later, in 1968 by Paul McCartney.
The clips has 15 seconds of the Bente Lind song and 15 seconds of the Beatles song.
Are the two songs similar in parts? Pure con-incidence?
