Great video! Though at the start you didn't need to go into hardcore mode. From my own recordings, using that command to cripple your limbs causes them to be permanent (aside from using commands again.).

By the way, unless you're using a patch mod the silver armor perk does literally nothing due to an error of it scanning for if the damage class or whatever is Energy, not EnergyWeapons like it's supposed to be.
I know Fallout TH-camrs avoid Bloody Mess due to worry of the gore it adds... But there are mods like No Bloody Mess for FNV and FO4 which removes the exploding gib effect it has.
Hey i got an idea for fallout tactics challenge run can you beat fallout tactics without squad members you have to do it solo heres some things that can help you try using turn based combat theres an item called elixir of life that gives a permanent plus 1 endurance and extra hit points theres a special encounter where brahims are playing poker and in the table you can get alot of ring polls if you plan to use heavy weapons the best one is mec gauss minigun and in simon barnaky boss fight if you have his locket or holo disc at a certain health point for him he would stop fighting you
