There’s a drunk homeless hmong by the pho place I usually go to once a week. The pho place by winery and kings canyon. I usually go Saturday during my lunch hour and he’s there. He’s always really nice to me. I always give him $3-5 when I see him. Very sad to see so many homeless people in California. I wish cost of living was cheaper. 😢
I have been to California several times and noticed that those Hmong in Cali fall behind their cousins in Minnesota and Wisconsin by a hundred years in every aspect( jobs, education, life style, home, manner, how people carry themselves, thinking, value and etc).
