Too many mistakes, The cross section of the spiral casing is decreasing. The runner blades are with wrong angle. The inlet angle of runner blades of a Francis turbine is 90°. The blades are so shaped that the tangential component of velocity at blade outlet is zero. The quantity of the blades are supposed to be odd to achieve better balancing. The third pipe is superfluous. Draft tube disc supposed to be with different cross section as well
