- Even the blue MTB trails in Whistler bike park are awesome! I ride down some of my favourite beginner downhill trails before hitting some famous bike park features! Would you send it?
Whistler bike park has it all and of course the best trails to ride have to be the Black and pro lines, right? Well no, actually not! As much as the higher level mountain bike trails are amazing to ride you can't beat have a good cruise down some of the easier trails here in Whistler bike park. Most people would think that a blue trail would be boring but not in whistler. I like to use these trails for a warm up before hitting the big stuff and also if I just want have a more relaxed ride down the mountain. These trails are awesome for beginners because of the lack of gaps and jumps but are perfect for building confidence and skills. If you already have skills then you'll find the blue trails super fun just to blast down and get stoked!!
After the ride down through the Blues I show you some of the bigger features the bike park has to offer. This end section was going to be a full video but the weather got bad and decided to add it into the end of this! I was riding the Haibike Downhill bike which was so so fun to use in whistler!

Like for me, I’m not a pro, but every time I go to snow summit and see noob entering a bike park for the first time, I tow them in for the day. I ask what their experience of riding, and if it’s zero; I go from Green to black diamond. If they have general action sports experience like they only snowboard. I go straight into black.

There's a bit of a taboo with blue lines that people think they're for noobs or rookies but hit fast they can be the funnest tracks at a trail centre. I for one love the blue at Glentress, Keep your speed up and it's a blast!
