I miss the old Forktails large warehouse. It's upside down T shape made building interesting. I took your house plan and used it with the large barracks for Iron Teeth. Large enough for over 100 beavers, 2 camp fires, 5 roof top terraces, teeth grinders, shrines, and medical beds too. Almost everything a beaver needs.
You can bring the two opposing sides of the apartment complex one tile closer to each other. This way you save the extra platform after each stair. You could even bring them completely together if you use mirrored entrances and have the staircase in front. Greetings from Germany ✌️
SUBSCRIBED!!!!! I've been looking for someone to cover timberborn tactics. I only found one guy, but his videos are mostly in German. Thanks for the video
You'd need a vertical power shaft, but the way he's got his paths running on top of platforms with water running under it you can create your power network underneath. That way you irrigate land, run power, and have a path all in the same tile. (I think at least as of update 6 I saw an experiment showing that covered water still evaporates, otherwise it might be worth covering the paths with impermeable blocks to reduce evaporation... experimenting might still be worth it though, or suggest they make is so covered water doesn't evaporate)
This was a wonderful build for sure. As for (Real Civil Engineer) RCE, I think he reserves serious gameplay for patrons. We get the more...entertaining incompetent play.
