5 seasons later, and The Fox is still the coolest costume and Wayne still has the best performances. He didn't just sing the songs, he put together a whole show, and the way he moved and sang the lyrics, made me believe every word! 💕 (However, I'm still confused when it comes to his tail!)

I think the tail situation is that whenever he was dancing in a performance it wouldn’t be held up so it didn’t get in the way and when he was doing slower songs or ones where he didn’t dance it was held up
He really does sound like Jamie Fox at times, but having watched him on Whose Line for years, you hear him through it all if you listen for it. A real genius of his art. It was worth watching Whose Line just to see him create songs out of nothing. A glorious voice, but that talent to be able to create on the spot a believable song was magical. Couldn't have been a more deserving winner.

I'm a big comedy buff here in Perth Western Australia. I had the privilege of seeing Wayne when he toured here. His improvised rap off words from the audience brilliant, comedy hilarious, skits and use of audience members unbelievable. Such a great show. Only 3 people I believe can sing, dance, act, 2 or the 3 men also funny AF, the third still reasonably funny... Wayne brady, jamie foxx and Hugh jackman, these 3 blokes are the most talented 3 men in entertainment.
That chalkboard reading yes and was such a big clue. It's s key concept of improv, to react to what others around you say and do and weave it into your own actions. So damn clever, and oddly subtle.
Another hint they never point out: The whiteboard with "Yes, and" is a reference to "Who's Line", which is arguably one of Wayne's most well known rolls
God has truly blessed us all with Wayne Brady and the many talents that he has under his belt. The audience can feel the music and relate to the lyrics but to have the strong ability to connect with your voice is POWERFUL. Wayne truly has challenged himself being able to perform masked and wearing a full body costume. I honestly cannot wait to see what else Wayne has in store for the future as a professional & entertainer. He is truly blessed and a PHENOMENAL performer. He did such an excellent job selecting these songs but also being able to remain vague and stay in character the ENTIRE competition. May God Bless Wayne! I love this man here! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I re-watch this all the time. Wayne deserved this win. I remember how hilarious he was at his genius of making up songs up on the spot on Whose Line (look up Jan the Lunch Lady). But, when he did 'Every Little Step', I knew it was Wayne bc he danced it with Bobby Brown and Mike Tyson on a Funny or Die video years ago.

He does have a few albums guys, some nice music on them. I do hope he makes another album in the future, maybe with less background vocals and more of a focus on his own voice (like in this show). It's a VERY nice voice. =)

After rewatching all of Rottweiler's and Fox's performances, I think that Chris Daughtry had the better vocal performances. They were pretty much flawless and his song selections were pretty varied. That being said, Wayne Brady has an incredible voice and his performances were all around more entertaining thanks to his dance moves and the excellent choreography.
Anyone else realise Nicole saying 'Over the moon' is a reference to the song Over the Moon in Rent where she played Maureen alongside Wayne playing Collins?

there was a Hamilton clue because Wayne played Aaron Burr in the Chicago production of Hamilton from January 17th to April 9th 2017 Jamie Foxx was too "on the nose" when i saw that Hamilton clue show up, my other guess was Leslie Odom, Jr. (seeing as both men were in different productions and both played Aaron Burr) Jamie Foxx was not in that musical (although he does have vocal chops)
