Hey Loretta, if I understand your question correctly, you're asking about the engraving tip that was pushed out for the Cricut Maker? That tip won't work for the Explore family, but there is an aftermarket tool you can check in to, it's from a company called Chomas Creations and it should be available on Amazon. So whenever you go to choose your sit base material, that is your step one, but that is step two on my computer. The first step is to pick whether you want to print it or you’ve already printed it why is mine showing that and not yours?
good night ... love your videos... I saw some comments on the cricut where people said for the tshirt printing you have to purchase a certain t shirt from cricut is this true???
Hey Cindy! Nope, with vinyl you can use just about any t-shirt. If you are using Infusible Ink or Sublimation, then it just needs to be Polyester. Hope this helps! ---Becky

How do you know what settings to cut each material on?
Hey Deborah, do you mean to set up the Custom settings? Those will usually be settings you have tested yourself, OR they could be recommended from the material manufacturer. Hope this helps! ---Becky
Are used design space on my iPad for my joy. But my design space looks nothing like what you have up here. I do not have a desktop computers so I don’t know how to get my design space to look like this. Can you please assist me

I have problems the same,when i click to make it and continue,it didn’t show up the Set base material for you to choose,i dont know why ,im very new for Cricut.Thank you

@@calilife3731 yes,I forgot to turn the circle on top the machine to Customer,after i did ,it show up all kind of material .Good luck
