I am teary eyed right now, from the very beginning i told my parents [who supports another candidate] that I am pro-LACSON, i even gave them my arguments, we respect each others opinion, we dont push our candidate to one another, but i just kept quiet and a little bit sad esp when i see Sen. Ping small billboard as i ride he LRT, he had no commercials in youtube, no endorsements from influencial friends, i think to myself, there goes my president, but he has no fighting chance, This was also true when I voted for Gibo, he had no proper platform ti send his message out there, to be heard, it isnt a plain playing field, other candidates had the upper hand from the start. BUT THEN THESE INTERVIEWS HAPPENDED. I am just so happy that he is given a chance to be heard and seen,
Lacson may or may not win the presidency, but i am happy that a lot of people is finally appreciating his competency. Kudos My President 💜

I'm originally Leni-Kiko but after watching this interview of Senator Lacson, I will choose to vote for him now. He is the right man for the job to reform the government and voting for another open book corrupt man will just make everything much much worse. Senator Lacson has the right mindset to change the shitty government we have now and it is true that most of Filipinos do not trust the government bcoz of rampant corruption. Time for a change, time for a well experienced man to take on the most difficult job in the country. Ping Lacson is that man ☝️ Lacson-Sotto 🇵🇭
I was conflicted between choosing VP LENI & SEN. PING but after watching both interviews with Boy Abunda, I am now sure I choose Ping Lacson to vote as president. He's right and makes sense on many things that he said. Government is the main problem of the country and government will also be the solution if the elected leader knows what to do and what is needed to be done to fix the rampant corruption in the government. I also like his "Proactive" mindset and thinking, 'prepare and act early so the problem won't be too difficult to handle once it arrives than act late when the problem is already there'. I like this interview and really enjoyed listening to everything they have talked about. Sen. Ping is underrated presidential candidate but I do believe he is the most experienced candidate among the others.

One thing I like about lacson kahit dati pa is his refusal to accept a pork barrel fund his entire career. Siya lang tlga di tumatangap ng pork barrel and that speaks volumes for me. Di lang ksi siya kasing charismatic ng iba mga candidato but

Leadership traits that Sen. Lacson embodies which I grasped from this interview:
1. Proactive and introspective (in this case, internal government)
2. Through his experience, he became fully aware that the main problem of the country is government (corruption) and does not turn a blind eye to it
3. Knowledgeable on the art of war (balance of power), and on both local and international laws
4. Objective: analyzes and decides based on scientific evidence and data
5. Output driven with clear and concrete plan, process and solutions (standardization, digitized system, internal govt cleansing)
6. Calm but serious.
These are qualities that I look for in a leader. I am getting the feeling that he is a man of integrity and commitment (no pork barrel, pursuing a mission even if his life is at stake). He does not only think, but he actually implements. We need someone who can follow through on commitments and promises. This interview is actually making me rethink who to vote. In my opinion if he wins, he would set a standard and foundation for all succeeding presidents to work with, thereby paving a way for the actualization of greater vision for the country.
The only thing I wish is for him to be a bit more relaxed. In my opinion, there should also be a balance in seriousness and fun. He does not need to dance in campaigns as he was saying, but it wouldn't hurt to have a bit of a fun side. Too much of anything (seriousness) is also not healthy.
I'd like to hear more about his programs for economic growth of the country as well.
Are there previous issues on him that I need to look into?
Sen. Ping Lacson has been consistent in his interviews with Jessica Soho and Boy Abunda. His answers remain straightforward yet comprehensive, data and fact-driven. There is no politicizing, no unnecessary drama, appeal to emotion and sensationalism. For someone who's tired of Traditional Politicians, seeing and listening to Sen. Lacson seems to be a breath of fresh air from someone who holds extensive experience in public governance. I agree that's he's underrated and that he only lacks the machinery. But I believe he's got the skills and the competencies. I hope we would learn to vote beyond popularity, machinery, and political color.

I hope every Filipino will able to watch the presidential interviews and be discerning. Ping Lacson is the most qualified. He knows the country's problem clearly and he knows what to do. Just give the chance. He's underrated due to few publicity. Small chance to win, but these kind of interviews helped a lot to enlighten the people. Hope Filipinos will vote wisely. Gising!

However, i have to admit that he has the quality to be the leader of our country.

Ping is earning my respect and admiration so much. He is indeed someone to consider. I hope he does something to really market his candidacy . The late senator Miriam Defensor was my President on last election kaya naman ngayon sinusuportahan ko ang kanyang bise na si BBM, but upon watching this interview of Ping Lacson, though alam ko na naman na hindi siya corrupt, matalino at magaling na leader, ngayon ko lang siya naiconsider. He is right when he say that he is the most qualified and most experience compare sa ibang presidential candidates.
Before this interview, never sumagi sa isip ko to consider voting for him, but with his honesty and compassion in answering every critical questions that were thrown to him, he definitely got my respect and I will now definitely consider him as one of my choices.

Very well said Sen. Ping, no dragging down of names, no blame game, his platform is achievable. we can see that he has a concrete plan for the Philippines. A candidate to watch out for. Sa series ng interviews na to lahat tayo should be open-minded to hear them out and let's set aside the candidate we are campaigning for. I don’t have anything against Sen. Ping but i just watched Bongbong Marcos interview and i can see that in Bongbong’s interview he had not bad mouth anyone (including the government) but has a concrete plans and solutions if ever he will be the next president. One of the few things to remember a great leader is never blaming or bad mouthing anyone but instead just doing the work and leading the way. 👍

Seriously, Y’all. Senator Ping Lacson ranks No.1 for me, damn. Why is he so underrated?
Yung butas lang na nakita ko sa karera ni Sen PL ay yung mga alegasyon laban sa kanya since 2001 hanggang 2010, yung Double-murder case at persecution sa kanya by the PGMA admin, pero netong 2011, 2013 at 2015 lumabas ang totoo at na overcome ni Sen PL yang mga yan. What more can I say? I'm looking for a president to elect and he's the most qualified and most capable among the other candidates.
Almost 40 years of public service yet no trace or hint of corruption (almost 40 kasi nga nag tago siya noong late 2000s for months dahil ipapakulong ni PGMA hahaha)

This is the last interview na napanood ko. wala na sana ko plano panoorin kasi hindi pumasok sa isip ko ang pangalan nya para iboto sa pagkapresidente. But out of curiosity sa mga isasagot nya sa mga tanong ni tito Boy kaya naisipan kong panoorin ang interview ni Ping Lacson. I was amazed by all his answers and how he answered clearly all the questions. Actually sa lahat ng ininterview sa kanya ko nabitin. Dahil ang daming issues na nasiwalat. I just realized, time and time again, never judge a book by its cover. My initial impression is that the senator is timid and slow to act. Oh my am I completely wrong. Towards the end of the interview, I felt his compassion for the people and his vision to solve the immediate needs of the republic. I thought I have 2 candidates to consider but now Senator is casting a cloud on my decision . He is capable to govern, effectively and with conviction. Apparently, everyone's been so busy comparing BBM with VP Leni that we tend to overlook other candidates. Ping was not my bet but this interview sure made me realize that he too has the potential to lead. His answers were full of knowledge (he sure does know what he is talking about).

Regarding the poverty topic - I totally agree with Senator Ping that 4Ps given should not just meet daily needs. Govt should help Filipinos to get back on their feet so they won't rely on anyone's help anymore.
I admire him being proactive instead of reactive. It's just like prevention is better than cure. It's like he's got this ability to foresee things and see the end results.
I like the fact that he admitted that he dunno much about the abortion issue so he can only give an answer based on a personal level. That right there is honesty. He's not pretending that he knows about it. Not a know it all.
I totally agree with him 1000% in making all govt transactions or processes digitalised and there won't be any human intervention. Apart from the fact that it'll be a lot faster. Corruption won't be possible anymore or it won't be as rampant anymore.
I like the fact that he's not getting his pork barrel and the sole reason he's not getting it is because he don't wanna be tagged as someone who's getting a commission? Watching him right now, he seems to be transparent and a man of integrity. The dispute with China - I like that he wanna create alliances with super powers because he knows we are not strong enough to handle this situation. He knows where we stand, he knows our limitations and he's not afraid to ask for help.
I like his stand about the candidates doin some kinda entertainment during campaign period. Tough problems need tough solutions from a tough leader. Govt is the problem and govt is the solution. Very well said. It's ok to have fun up to some extent but reality is we have serious problems that needs to be addressed. I think it's the military man in him that's why he takes his job seriously. I totally agree with him about changing the qualifications of a presidential candidate. Just like Mr. Abunda said it's a daunting job. You got to have some kinda experience and educational background to back you up and it's not to discriminate but it'll serve as a gauge that you're up for the job. Simply because of the fact that it's not an easy job. Anyone can submit a certificate of candidacy but in the end COMELEC will remove 'nuisance candidates'. So I'm like they allowed anyone to submit but they'll scrutinized if you're capable or what. To save time and energy for COMELEC people and for the aspiring presidents. Why not include these additional requirements?

He's not an elitist nor populist or whatever word that you can describe in a typical corrupt politician. He's just genuinely intelligent and fair. Throughout this video, I also saw that he's a great problem-solver which is one of many characteristics a great leader should have.

I just hope that Philippines could have more leaders like him. The only interview na nabitin ako sa 5 mins duration. Grabe yung substance and wala akong idea sa pulitika and mga nangyayare sa govt, pero naiintindihan ko bawat sinasabe nya. Para syang yung klase ng prof na alam na alam niya yung expertise niya and ginagawa niya. and I think he has something to offer to our country. Something BIG despite being an underrated candidate. The way he answered all questions were fully based on his qualifications and experience. The authenticity was there. Answers were on point, well explained and well articulated. The sincerity, i felt that too. Kudos to Boy Abunda for raising all topics that should really be discussed for the public's welfare.
