I still cannot use arm funtion so this title is very interesting. But I have One BIG question while watching. Is it a right way that touching pulg on your raw hand to check it on and record the noise ? My learnings over forty years before is do not touch it because of the risk of the circuit damage or on worst senario especally when using speaker the speaker would burst. I'm worried that your students do that on the live stage! So every time you touch your plug, I feel uneasy. So this question, excuse me!

Record arm is easy! And I’m never worried about touching a guitar level cable, it runs about 1V maximum. I would never touch a live AC wire, but audio level signals are always within safe levels
