It's REALLY difficult to look stylish outside in Canada at this time of year. Overcoats look nice but they don't do much about temperatures below -15°F 😂
Earth tones are the key in winter. Grey, navy, medium blue, olive, burgundy, and off white. Stick to those colours and your layering will always look good.
You're the best at this Men's thing. Nice calm and kind demeanor. Not all flashy and yelling like some. I appreciate your channel immensely. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to make and upload these videos. I’ve learned so much. I’m 56 and was guilty of dressing in the same young casual style for the last 25 years. Today I walked out of The Mens Warehouse with two full wardrobes..slacks, button down shirts, shoes and even socks and I plan on going back very soon for more. Last time I was in that store I walked out empty handed because I did not know what I was looking for. Your videos were a great help in my new found journey to rebuild my wardrobe and my style.
My Dad rocks a duster in the winter. He has had it no exaggeration for over 20 years! He has a big beard so when he wears it he is an intimidating figure and men always show him respect.
Layering is everything in cold temperatures. Long cotton underwear, two pairs of socks, heavyweight jeans, a plaid flannel shirt, a knitted sweater, a wool scarf, a fur-lined cap and a leather 3/4 length reefer are ideal for keeping warm when it's wet or freezing outside
I'm loving the suggestions Antonio! For the past few months, I've been upgrading my wardrobe. Getting older. Time to put the young man look away. Just picked two new cashmere sweaters (Burgundy v neck and navy blue crew) and two new henleys (Slate gray and granite grey.)
Fall and spring are alway the best seasons to show off your sense of style (or lack thereof...). One of your best videos yet! Nohting really new, but well presented and inspirational. Keep up the good work, good Sir!
Well, it just dropped below 20 Celsius in Athens. Fall is here and winter is coming. Time to use nice coats and wear splendid winter fragrances. Antonio, I want to thank you for another wonderful video. Your videos work as an inspiration for modern men all over the world. Greetings 🇬🇷
Living in the south I feel fortunate I can prioritize style over function in the winter because it's only really cold for like two months. I just bought a peacoat and didn't really need it to keep me warm I'm actually wondering if I'll be able to get a lot of wear out of it this season it is still very warm in November I don't even put on a hoodie like maybe a long sleeve shirt but barely even that LOL........
This video was right on time for me. Thanks for making it, Antonio. I am a smaller guy, 69" and 130 LBS, so I am always cold. Just moved from Las Vegas, Nevada, to the inland Pacific Northwest (130 miles from Canada) so figuring out how to stay warm and stylish while both working from home and going outdoors to an event had my head spinning. Newsboy cap. So THAT is what that is called. Yep, I need to get one of those.
Excellent explainer. Well paced, comprehensive yet compact, no padding or fluff to boost content. Glad to see you value the sartorial classics, they never age out. New sub, looking forward to more. Paz.
@@corymachlan6177 men generally don't dress well. That why the few that do always stand out. The funny thing is that as a man you don't need to do much, all you need is for your clothing to fit your body well and that's it.
@@manoftomorrow5987 I agree that if they get clothes that fit that they are ahead of most but I also believe that if they truly want to stand out from the pack that they need to learn about fashion and not be afraid to try something bold. One example would be suits for more than court, business meetings or weddings. A few more examples would fur, faux fur, leather, suede, snake or crocodile skin. And lastly men should not be so afraid of colors.... colors such as scarlet red, royal blue and forest green.
I've been binging the channel lately trying to update my style for my middle age. May I suggest a video for Sun-belt states like Arizona? I live in AZ and I don't like shorts and default to jeans. I haven't made the switch to non-denim pants and I worry suddenly switching, I'll make mistakes and look bad as a result. I've seen many of the Hot clothes and summer clothes videos you've done already, but I'm just not getting the deep dive I need to be able to keep it all together. Maybe a playlist for summer/hot weather?
Great video. I live in a hot and humid city with mostly short cold weather seasons, so I always cheer when winter comes! men's wardrobe has so many more options than in hotter months. Als about accesories, if you can get a newsboy cap, buy it! My GF insisted when we visited Edinburgh, and besides some nice compliments back home, I was asked for directions in Inverness several times. Talk about blending in...
Winter wear for Wyoming cowboys is a flannel shirt topped by a solid-color hip-length fleece vest topped by a long beige canvas or corduroy down jacket, medium wash jeans, leather work gloves, cowboy boots and hat. Think Kevin Costner in Yellowstone. Women swoon. :)
Always great content man! Been going on and off with your content for about 2 years now always well made videos with a good understanding of how to dress.
Great video. Although these past few months have been warmer than previous years, and these upcoming months will likely also be warmer than previous years, I will still take this advice for when it really does get colder out. I already got my sweaters ready to rock, and some decent jackets. I have a few questions though: What about keeping ears warm? Just stick with ear muffs, any alternatives or don't even worry about them? Also, what brand is that dress shoe at 14:09 and the leather sneakers at 14:34? They look good and I might want to invest in better shoes and sneakers.
Omg!!! Totally just LOST IT when you showed “no-neck Ed” 😂😭 every time my ex watches the show and he comes on, that’s what I call him and it makes them crack up without me even trying 🤷🏽♂️😅
Is there any way that you can show us more of that field jacket. I'd like to see what it looks like in its entirety. Thanks for the details, love your channel!
I have never liked turtle necks, until I recently tried one under my zipped up leather Wilson motorcycle jacket with the jacket collar buttoned down. I ride all year and the turtle neck keeps me warm.
I have a Bomber jacket that is great for like 20 degree weather. Then I have a hoodie that is large and fits perfect and makes me look slim. I was thinking of wearing a beanie if it ever snowed in San Antonio,Texas again and weather gloves. Like if my hands sweat a lot would cotton be better than leather gloves?
Cotton doesn’t dry fast and if you have sweaty hands, the moisture will irritate you. Cotton lining is not the best choice. I would say choose something like merino wool that wicks away sweat.
I need to cover my ears when it's cold or they hurt. This year I got a nice brimmed wool beanie from REI made by Coal... I like the brimmed beanies better than regular beanies, and definitely no poof balls on top.
Wassup y’all I’m 20 years old and I’m just now getting into men’s luxury style and I wanted to know what instagram accounts that promotes luxurious jewelry for men such as chains, watches, and earrings for slim fit shirts and suits
When you say big do you mean like really tall with kinda broad shoulders or like weight? Cause I'm 6'3 193 lbs. And I have somewhat broad shoulders. Could I pull off a crew neck? most of my life I've been wearing only v necks as my sweaters.
Do you really think a flat cap Is stylish? I don’t get them and think they look silly, so I’m curious as to how/why these would work in an outfit. All men’s head ware in this video is a no, actually.

Love that you encourage wearing things that make you feel confident

I used Fahrenheit so you guys would get it ;)
Try fur or faux fur. Looks great and is incredibly warm. Just make sure to get a heavy one for the really cold days.
i know lol, im from canada and i dont wanna look like a marshmallow this year, but idk how that's gonna work
😄You said it. We also need something stylish to fall down in. 🌨 And to pretend like it was deliberate afterwards.

Historical knowledge is important as I get older I would like to dress as appropriately as possible so knowing the background helps.
My Dad rocks a duster in the winter. He has had it no exaggeration for over 20 years! He has a big beard so when he wears it he is an intimidating figure and men always show him respect.
Wisconsin here too! I love our region- we truly get the best of each season without deadly extremes.
Oh we get those extremes in Wisconsin. It's just like every 5 years. I'm guessing that this year's low will be neg 20.
The last few years have been too mild

Man I love that brown leather jacket. As always great advices, this is a must follow channel for solid dress code technics. Thanks brother!
Wow big thanks! This is exactly everything I needed.

Collar&co worth watching this video! I’m rocking a short sleeve turtleneck for my baby’s baby shower today. It’s snowing in Indiana today.
Saville row quilted jacket. And herringbone baseball cap
Another great vid Antonio! Lot of options for us Canadians this time of year. Layering is a must.
I think your Rule #2 needs to be heard by more people these days. So many out there just look sloppy.
Bro I get hyped with all of these ideas but then when I go to the stores I can’t find anything I want or my imagination just plain disintegrates.
Where's your brown leather jacket from? Look 🔥🔥
Anyone help?

Ha, ha, ha, great vid. I lost it when you said, "you don't want to look like a stuffed sausage". I'm still chuckling at the mental picture. 🤣
men are waking up, thanks brother

Perhaps but not in Milwaukee Wisconsin. A city where the female fashion is decent and the male fashion is abysmal.

Actually you have inspired me to dress better. Thank you so much.
Great video Antonio! Very appropriate for this time of year. Thank you!
Yes. Many men do ask me for advise. Thanks for all the videos
Nothing like a nice Moncler jacket in the winter.

I want to know who makes that jacket too.

Antonio, could you share where did u get that leather jacket you wear in the first part of the video?
Anyone knows the brand of the brown leather jacket? Amazing jacket!
Hi, can you show us how to style a "black" leather jacket
Style wise, is a flight jacket similar to a bomber, but with a collar?
Where is the button down from at 3:05? I'd like to buy one for my husband
Your thoughts on fur and faux fur?
can you make a video for very cold weather?
