After watching Robert playing this live, I play it differently and starton the 9th fret of the D string basically, plus 11th on the G string. From there you can start playing the riff as well (D string: 9/10/12 frets, then G 11/12, then 10th on the B and then back to 10th on the D - then variations are D string: 9/10/12 frets, then G 11/12, then 10th on the B and then 9th G, finally D string: 9/10/12 frets, then G 11/12, then 10th and 12th on the B and then 9th G. For the other licks I use 16th/17th fret on the D and 19th on the G, and 12th on the high E, followed by 10th on B and 12th on G. hope it helps, I have no idea how to tab it lol

What gauge strings are you using? Is that a baritone guitar. Strings look like bass strings. Robert Smith I read uses 10 gauge strings.

@Tankapalooza I'm using Helix line6 effect floor effects unit, using Teemah Distortion, Parametric on EQ, Gray Flanger, Chorus, Mod Chorus delay at 461ms, cougar 800 amp & cab modeler on bass setting, hope this helps 😉👍
