I agree but we can't let ourselves become numb to this, we are the only major country where this is an "unsurprising event" and it's baffling but also not surprising. Although I do unfortunately think that at this point a lot of people, mostly the ones in power, are numb to it. Or just don't care. The NRA and their allies is responsible for most of this.

The parents should be held fully accountable for the actions of their children.
I’m so tired of kids taking their parents guns and nothing happening to the parents.
Parents are responsible for their children, we need to stop blaming inanimate objects and start blaming the people responsible.

Parents aren't parenting, the kids get more FaceTime with their video game console or a tablet or laptop then they do with their parents, and western society is straight trash, it over oversexualizes women while at the same time infantilizing them, abs making them more masculine. It sexually over stimulates men, feminize them while also holding them to an absurd standard, children at bad af, and no one can say anything that's seems to put them in disagreement with others then you're, a hater, and let's face it people seem to be lacking in more basic things like sense, decency, courtesy ugh it sux now

It’s not the guns that are the problem.
There’s countries with less stringent gun laws and less gun violence.
The problem is that we never hold the parents accountable who own the guns.
The adults who give access to firearms to children who shouldn’t have them.
Why is it the parents are never charged with the murders their children committed?
Why is their family not shamed for raising a shooter and instead they’re given pity?
Instead of “oh those poor parents. Anyones kid could be a school shooter, I feel so bad for the parents”.
Society needs to say “those awful parents, how could they let their child have unsupervised access to firearms?”.
If we prosecuted and shamed the entire family, like countries like Japan, we wouldn’t be seeing this kind of violence.
Did you know guns were invented around 1364, yet no school shootings occurred until 1853.
No mass shootings until Columbine in 1999.
Guns being legalized aren’t the problem, people are the problem.
