Go to 00:17 in the video and look at the controller, the numbers stand for the directions you press on the D-PAD, and the letters stand for the attack button you press. A lot of fighting games use this same notation style, so it's very worth to learn. 236LK translates to down > down forward > forward + Light Kick.

I only play characters i like that would be Juri ,ken, Chun li Would like to learn Juri first

When you hold down the punch button for the fse super, juri dashes and hits the opponent once, so the next punch is the one you mention is 5mk so just hold it and after it hits with the dash then you press 5mk right?

Yup! If you see her dash you just hold the dash then input he next attack (5MK in your case)

My best guess would be light, light, special (fuha kick). Things get complicated once you throw drive rush in...
