Great video again guys.lovely to see lapwings again.In your last video you were taking about washing Herman, well I bought myself a WORX battery operated pressure washer . So myself and the one who forgets the food washed Merlin with 2 buckets of water and a brush. It took us about 15 minutes and Merlin looks really good . There are a couple of you tube videos on this product, mainly yank but you can get the idea. Well I like it so if you want to give Herman a treat have a look at them .we got ours from amazon.OH have a happy new year.
Thanks Shep. It takes me 4 hours to do the roof and 4 sides. No polishing either. We have a Karcher which needs a bit of attention so I may take a look at this.
Actually we’re in Cornwall in the van now. A beautiful day but cold. Very cosy in the van though, steak and wine to celebrate Valentines Day. Nothing else yet but we’re going to Nepal in March but not in the van. Unfortunately our Habitation check yesterday found damp. Have you had any?

We have enjoyed your videos & wish we could support your channel. Maybe down the road. . .we just turned 65 & are dealing with changing our health insurance. . .be grateful for your socialized medicine! We paid over $360 per month each of us in 2018 & have selected a plan for 2019 for only $135 per month per person. . .yeah, now we can eat & buy our prescription medications! Bottom line. . .be grateful you live where you do or you would be looking forward to high costs for health care like us! Keep on doing the same excellent job in the new year & we will continue to enjoy as we watch your travels in Herman. How long do you plan to travel in this Herman before you replace with a newer model?
Hi Barbara, wow that is a lot of money. There are many ways to support the channel without spending a cent. Such as; watching for at least 30 secs, clicking on the ads, liking or commenting on the video and sharing on social media sites such as Facebook & Twitter. The more reaction a video gets the more likely TH-cam will push it up the search results and get more views.

Hi Barbara, TH-camrs get paid only when someone sees an advert be it a video ad or banner. They get 51% of the cost of the ad. On average 1000 views is $1 so it's a tiny amount. The more interaction a video gets the higher chance that YT will promote it more. That's why sharing, thumbs up etc helps
Hope that you didn't tell them at WWT Slimbridge that you had goose for dinner!We were there in the summer. We saw three French hens, two turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree. Just think, that would have made your Christmas complete!All the Best for 2019
