thanks a lot , i can't tell you how much has this video helped me in understanding the concept of colorimetry , we have an very important experiment in our college on estimation of amount iron present in haematite using a colorimeter ....now i can enter my chem lab pretty confidently
I don't know how a colorimeter works...but should you be handling the cuvettes in such a way that you leave fingerprints, body oil etc and potentially distort light absorbance results?
