The shits going to hit the fan, when a female head coach, gets pushed or yelled at by a NBA player...So now NBA players are going to have to walk on eggshells in order to not make a female head coach cry. Women being emotional, they'll take any form of aggression personal and assume, a NBA player is treating them a certain way, because they're a female. it happens all the time between male and female co-workers, it'll happen in the NBA but it'll be 10 times worse in the NBA, because of the talent dynamic that exists on one side, yet a individual from the inferior side, will be coaching you. "Can you you do or have you ever been able to do what you're telling me to do on the basketball court?" "No" i rest my case.... There will be no respect for female coaches in the NBA and as a result, there will be "SOME" NBA Players that will not want to play their best for someone they don't respect and can't relate to. Women relate to women better than they do men and vice versa, it's why we separate boys and girls in certain aspects of life but in this day and age, they're constantly trying to merge every activity that female and males like to do separately, together and it never works. Could you image how a woman being in a locker room after a game and men can't be themselves, because a woman is present? Men can have filthy mouths when they boast and brag. It's just how men are wired in the sports world. The locker rooms are brimming with testosterone filled men that are showing their bravado by calling the opposing team bitches and such. These things women can't and never will understand and will take offense to the men that engage in this behavior, you know, like a man does! So the fellas can't come together after a game and just hang loose by letting their inhibitions out and speak freely, because a female always around them. Hell, men can't even get dress in locker rooms across the NBA, because female reporters are shoving microphones in their face while they're half naked, checking out their junk and chests and asses! I never understood this as there are media meetings after the game, why won't the NBA ban female reporters from locker rooms and have their wait for the media conferences after the men get dressed? But you don't see male reporters in women's locker rooms in the WNBA, though. Female coaches in the NBA will always hold back their emotions in fear of how they'll come off to a NBA player and NBA players will hold back on several things that ordinarily, they wouldn't have a problem with a male head coach but they either don't want to offend the woman or they can't relate to her, so they hold back. This dynamic will hurt NBA teams with female head coaches.
Women do very well in sports where their physical differences from men aren't as obvious and don't hurt the product, like tennis. In basketball, the slower pace, smaller size and lack of dunking is just too big of a hurdle to overcome. It's obvious you're watching less able people and it's just not interesting.

A lot of men will not get along with a female head coach and not for the reasons you're thinking. ( at least not some NBA players)
There's just some things that women should not do and women coaching men in the NBA ( among other sports ) isn't going to go well and when it happens, there will be a honey moon of sorts and people will make everything seem rosey, when it first happens and everyone will hold hands and sing kumbaya.
But once the hype and furver dies down, then the real reason why women coaching men in the NBA will eventually rear its head and as a result, you will see teams that won't do well, because some men won't want to play under a female coach because they don't like a woman, telling them to do something, they can't and could never do, athletically.
It's a fact that men and women are not the same in terms of mentality, thought process, emotions,athleticism and more, so when you try to force women coaches onto the male gender, it isn't going to end well.
I can't image a female coach, being able to fire up a team of male basketball players, the same way a male can. The optics, the feminine voice screaming at 7'0 mean as if they're going to be intimidated by a woman, "acting" like she's angry in order to get the team fired up.
The shits going to hit the fan, when a female head coach, gets pushed or yelled at by a NBA player...So now NBA players are going to have to walk on eggshells in order to not make a female head coach cry.
Women being emotional, they'll take any form of aggression personal and assume, a NBA player is treating them a certain way, because they're a female. it happens all the time between male and female co-workers, it'll happen in the NBA but it'll be 10 times worse in the NBA, because of the talent dynamic that exists on one side, yet a individual from the inferior side, will be coaching you.

Women relate to women better than they do men and vice versa, it's why we separate boys and girls in certain aspects of life but in this day and age, they're constantly trying to merge every activity that female and males like to do separately, together and it never works.
Could you image how a woman being in a locker room after a game and men can't be themselves, because a woman is present? Men can have filthy mouths when they boast and brag. It's just how men are wired in the sports world. The locker rooms are brimming with testosterone filled men that are showing their bravado by calling the opposing team bitches and such.
These things women can't and never will understand and will take offense to the men that engage in this behavior, you know, like a man does!
So the fellas can't come together after a game and just hang loose by letting their inhibitions out and speak freely, because a female always around them.
Hell, men can't even get dress in locker rooms across the NBA, because female reporters are shoving microphones in their face while they're half naked, checking out their junk and chests and asses!
I never understood this as there are media meetings after the game, why won't the NBA ban female reporters from locker rooms and have their wait for the media conferences after the men get dressed?
But you don't see male reporters in women's locker rooms in the WNBA, though.
Female coaches in the NBA will always hold back their emotions in fear of how they'll come off to a NBA player and NBA players will hold back on several things that ordinarily, they wouldn't have a problem with a male head coach but they either don't want to offend the woman or they can't relate to her, so they hold back.
This dynamic will hurt NBA teams with female head coaches.

Women do very well in sports where their physical differences from men aren't as obvious and don't hurt the product, like tennis. In basketball, the slower pace, smaller size and lack of dunking is just too big of a hurdle to overcome. It's obvious you're watching less able people and it's just not interesting.
There are definite biological differences between men and women. But gender biological differences are very different from racial differences.

Insults aside, if you were more informed on tennis and the gender differences, sponsors etc. NBA Examined would find a similar finding between the ATP (male tennis association) and the WTA (women’s tennis) they too are subsidized by the men’s game which brings in the bigger audiences and revenue.
I’d wager this is the case in every sport where there is a gender subsidiary.
