Kori, it appears that the options showing on your screen (5:16) under "Template" are no longer available - which means I'll need to have a decent working knowledge of php (especially), html, css to create a template which will do something like show my columns correctly. I think the only customizable option now is "Build Your Own". At that point, you can download various templates and manipulate them but, as I mentioned, a working knowledge of php is necessary. I would like to be mistaken, but I'm afraid that's how it works now. That opens up options for people who have the skills, but otherwise, it's much less flexible for non-developers than it appears to have been at the time of your video. :(
It does look like the Plugin developers have made some significant changes over the years. You may want to reach out to them directly for help on it. Thanks for commenting so I can research it too.
@@KoriAshton Thanks. I did just that and Jake was very helpful. Australia. But, as I mentioned, developing a custom template is challenging if you're not reasonably proficient with php (as well as css and html). But they do have custom development services.

Hi, I have applications and contracts that require signatures. I've installed the signature plugin and pass the data through zapier to a google sheet where it is affixed to the PDF through Document Studio. Gravity doesn't pass the signature as a url, just the image ID. How do I get the url passed through to the google sheet? Also, is there a better way to get my signed PDF's through Gravity Forms?

Question - Is it possible to apply conditional logic to the pdf as follows: I have 4 salespeople. One of the required fields is for the form-filler-outer (a technical term :) is the salesperson. I have a hidden field that has conditional logic behind it with each salesperson's email address..... If salesperson "A" then this is their email address. What I would like to be able to do is, if Salesperson A is selected by the user, then that salesperson would get a copy of the pdf.... is it possible within the pdf settings to notify the specific salesperson ?

Not sure if this will do what I am looking for. 1. I have a drop down that requires the user to select a salesperson. 2. Based on that selection, I would like a coy of the pdf to be able to send to the Admin email address..... AND to the selected salesperson so that they have a copy of the form. If this is the correct place to set the conditional logic (in the autoresponder), then I'm not quite sure how to do it. No Blue Pill, so it jumped out off the screen - what I was looking for is is in the notificatios - selecting "Send to / Configure Routing" is where it's at. We.... Isn't this just how it goes? I went back to school 15 years ago to learn database management / VB / etc. because I was too frustrated (and cheap) to have someone do what I wanted done. After 2 years I had my own DB in place. Then I learned HTML and built my own website. Then I found a company who did EXACTLY what I had been looking for, so I bought their proprietary software. I was their 5th customer, and over the course of 7 or 8 years, I helped the architect of the software modify it for specialty retail. I was on the Board of Directors for about 5 years, they got the foundation set up correctly for what retailers need, and vacated my Board position. Happy to do what I do best - specialty retail. NOW I want to really get my business set up "digital Proper" so that many of the things I used to do (I owned a marketing company before you were born probably :) I can do in the digital age - automated email marketing, etc. etc. So, to answer your question, I figured out the answer to THAT question, but in searching everything out, I opened up a whole 'nuther (southern speak) can 'o worms. I would love to talk to you on the phone in person. I think I need to hire you to help with my project. +xSayllusx Yes, in my opinion, Gravity Forms is superior to Ninja Forms. You can also look at a newer plugin that I’m enjoying more and more called WSForm. As for turning data into a pdf - that sounds like a custom script. But doable.
Let me ask - you want your website visitor to upload a PDF file in your form and have it send to Dropbox? Yes, this can be done using Gravity Forms or WSForm too... Either system can send those attachments to a designated folder.

Do you have a video that explains how to change the submit button style? I know that you have to add CSS... I can't figure out exactly where to add it.
The only way to do this would be to have a hover effect on the button. If you need the button to actually gray out once it's submitted - that would be a more complex code based off of the current user session. You can keep folks from submitting more than one entry by blocking repeat email addresses or content. Not too sure of another way.
The problem is that the button is by default greyed out. I had a customer get testy with us the other day because after he spent all this time filling out a mandatory form, he couldn't see where to submit it, so he just got frustrated and exited. I didn't build the site, and I'm very much a novice at all of this, but I "think" it has something to do with the theme itself. I found the child theme that has default submit buttons, but I don't want to screw things up globally. I can have my web designer fix it, but I want to learn how to do it myself (this is kinda fun). Mostly, I want to be able to do it on one-off forms I create in the future.
WOW - got ya. Try adding this to your CSS file - be sure it's either a child theme or a custom CSS box - input#gform_submit_button_111 { background-color: #36c;} You can change that background-color: to anything you want.

Those conditional fields would not pass to the PDF - but you could create different forms and have those be sent out according to the fields selected :)

A lesson would include a form that helps them answer questions and brainstorm etc but it's only helpful to them if they end up with a copy of the content they just created. I think this type of usage will become very common now that the option is available. :)
yes exactly, but when i try to get data from list it wont show, $loan = $form_data['field'][10]; thats the php variable and i am trying to get the values in a loop!
I think this would have to be a custom solution. You'd need to work with a developer to build this out. Otherwise only the file name would appear something like nameofwebsite.com/filename.jpg and the image itself would not render (be seen)

You might need to reach out to GF directly on this one. You get support included in your service since it's a paid plugin.

is it possible to show a thumbnail on pdf? I would like to create a field to user insert a logo, and display it with thumbnail on the PDF
I think this would have to be a custom solution. You'd need to work with a developer to build this out. Otherwise only the file name would appear something like nameofwebsite.com/filename.jpg and the image itself would not render (be seen)
If I use gravity PDF free add on will be any problem?
I'm not as familiar with that add on. Does it have good reviews?
Anyone know how to put a page break into the PDF? The form has them, but the PDF does not.

Looks like their prices have gone up :( But in my opinion - it's certainly worth the cost even still. It will be an annual fee to keep accessing the updates & having support.

Requirements :-
1. I want a WordPress slider Plug-in which will help me out to create a specific category slider. I mean If I would select category in a slider to put in then all the categories should not come at once I want to specify each and every category of that slider.
2. I should be able to link the subcategories under categories in that slider whose end result should be products. It means at last I should be able to show the products.

Mandeep check out a Free Theme called Sydney. It's awesome!! There is also a Pro (Paid version). Also check out a Free plugin called SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. It contains a slider that might be helpful to you.
