😢 This news is hurting my heart. And Charles McCormick passed since this concert too??? I met these gentlemen at one of the most amazing musical nights of my life-at an Old School concert at the Apollo in 1998. My cousin was producer and I went to work with him that day, met everybody, and saw the concert for free. They were so sweet and down to earth. Comical, fun to be around. Harry gave me his number to stay in touch because we’d hoped to bring them to Nashville for a concert too. We talked maybe twice by phone, then I even ran into them at the airport once. The singers of their day-the music, the classiness of these artists and the lyrics they wrote and sang, the giftedness of their performances and voices -we lack that now and this generation can’t even understand what they’ve missed. RIP brothers!!
