I'm glad you included dysphoria along with depression and anxiety. It's simple to explain the concept, but to live in the "wrong" body with all the trauma it causes is not easy to explain. I understand the difficulty of trying to live freely before transitioning. And having your own space to be who you are is important and a good step to take in realizing your own self. I have a long way to go in transitioning and your sharing helps. I wish you the best!

Yes certainly not easy to explain, and it's something that takes a lot of working through because its confusing to the self too. I wish you the best also. The transition road is long and a process for us all.
