Just changed all my shocks at cab shocks today probably not needed but the truck was leaning and always felt like the tires was slipping under me . But good tip I'll remember that
Dude you are a very driven and focused man. I'm hooked to your videos. They're not boring, perfect length videos, interesting humble opinions from your experiences. Man keep those videos coming. I don't know if you seen how many of your videos I watched just last night alone, and still going.
I got to try this tomorrow, My truck eats my driver side tire and when I hit a bump in the road the whole truck starts to wobble around, I been suspecting it might be one of these. I just bought it and this has been just one of the many "minor" things I had to figure out.
You need to touch the part that contains the fluid. One half is only a cover that goes up and down. the fluid side is stationary. the cover is usually on top.
so my friend if one shock is cold so are you going to change it only that specific one or both. means which is parallel to the one which you are showing in the video
Great videos with great content ✊️🏾 I'm brand new to the trucking industry still in CDL school but like yourself my goal is to own my own truck. But I'm curious to know about the gun laws and how they affect trucker's. Like yourself I'm in south Florida (palm beach county) and I KEEP dat on me. At the same time I know different states have different laws. Could you touch basis on your knowledge of the subject ?
me when i find i have a shock that is going out i just replace them all beacuse why pay to have it done again down the road when i can do it all at the same time, is smart and save having more down time
are those 2 little things attached to your hood mirrors , cameras? if yes what for ? they look like they point ahead not behind and how did you installed them with no wires outside? GREAT video btw, thanks
You are touching the the dust cover and not the part that contains the fluid, that is why its not warm. grab them at the bottom below the cover. Good video otherwise.
Shouldn’t matter, as long as you test all of them in the same area. I understand what you are saying, however he test 3 and they were warm 1 cold then the rest warm. If the all were cold then I would test again at the bottom of the shock. My 2 cents
makes me feel good to see a guy who works hard for a living, and actually watches what is happening around him.
keep it up, friend.

Great trick thank you
What if the bottom part is warm but the top half is cold? Are you feeling the whole shock or just top?
another driver says you should touch the bottom portion of the shock

Thanks. Time saver.
You have struts? I remember my first beer. You're talking about shocks. Semi trucks have SHOCKS.
so my friend if one shock is cold so are you going to change it only that specific one or both. means which is parallel to the one which you are showing in the video
That’s after driving or before driving ?
