Don't make up your own bullshit version of what he said.
He clearly said THESE norwegian singers, referring to the people in the video. Why would he just make a random statement about norwegian singers in general that has nothing to do with the video?? That's like watching a german rock music video and saying: "wow these american country western singers are really good". Your bullshit explanation just made things worse than it is.

Liv Kristine is unusual, but in awesome ways. Distinctive (alluring and beautiful) voice and can turn a guy to stone or ice with those eyes. Gorgeous lady and one of the very few in the genre who actually looks good in a corset because she wears it properly. Love you Liv.

Perhaps Liv's door closed at Leaves Eyes was an open door to her spreading her wings musically. Her voice suits the gothic style and her solo project is doing exceeding well.

Michelle Darkness is from the band End of Green what is one of my favourite bands since 2007 and his voice is unique! I like Liv Kristine also, remember her mostly from "Nymphetamine" and a little from Theatre of Tragedy that we listened when we where students in 2005.Great times!Now is not worsier times just different. Enjoy the moment!

This is the first I'd heard of her leaving Leaves Eyes. So I looked it up and apparently they kicked her out. I only listened to them because of her. SMH.

I didn't know until about 7 weeks ago that she had been kicked out of the band, and her husband was okay with her being kicked out too. Sound familiar? Reminds me of Tarja Turunen being kicked out of Nightwish. Tuomas kicked Anette Olzon out of the band later, for being pregnant. I don't know, but in this country firing a woman for being pregnant is discriminatory, and can end up in a lawsuit. I love the duet Liv Kristine and Tarja Turunen do. They have both landed on their feet!

20 years later about and this song still holds up for me
It got to the point that I have to see this at least once a day
Some observations I've made:
1.) Liv Kristine is the undisputed queen of metal and of all things dark, creepy and morbid. She can do any damn thing she wants.
2.) Under normal circumstances, walking through a graveyard in high heels is highly unsafe. However, consult point #1 above for exceptions.
3.) Also under normal circumstances, appearing on an officially sanctioned album cover completely topless will result in criticism, controversy or worse. Again (mainly for haters and those who like to complain), see point #1 above.
4.) Normally, recording anything that sounds like pop music WILL make you most unpopular and unable to show your face in public surroundings. For the last time, refer to point #1.

I turn around about to get into a fight and was staring at my favorite musician ever...he apologized and the band shuffled by me to play their set...it was pretty awesome. He was taken too soon.
