Try this one, helped me just now: Insure the battery is disconnected from the Heltec Unplug the USB-C cable Cue up the flasher web page so the ‘Erase Flash and Install’ button shows Hold down the bottom button on the Heltec, next to the USB port Keep holding it down and plug in the USB-C cable. Release the button Quickly click on the on-screen ‘Erase Flash and Install’ button
@@gregory63412 , so in the begining worked ... I flashed but get one error after 100% invalid header : 0xfffffff on display LoRa Error ADC analog value 3.10 No I2C devices found !

In my case , hot stuck in flashing
LORA MODE 0 in display , and in browser ... erase memory.
