A (Mostly) Finished Early FEF-3! - Backdating a Rivarossi FEF-3

With decals applied and coal in the tender, I'm at a point to call this FEF-3 finished. It does still need some details added, a coupler mounted, and the wheels painted, but I'm happy with how it turned out and the 'big picture' is there. Hopefully there will be a video of it stretching its legs on the club layout in the near future.
