That is insane!! Not just the selection of trains but the condition many of em are in, I mean the Blue Comet and Presidential’s Specials and even that Lionel scenic tunnel look like they could have been unboxed just yesterday, unreal
Flipping Bonkers!! I was so heavily impressed by the prewar and Standard Gauge, but flipped my lid when I saw he has an outstanding postwar collection to accompany his prewar! Holy Cow!
It doesn't rival it, it blows it away. The national toy train museum is a nice museum to visit, but has very few scarce and rare items, and many of the pieces are reproduction. I'm not putting it down and it's worth a visit but advanced collections like this are a whole different league.
Excuse me a second or two while I get my jaw off the floor... Holy jeez! That collection of pristine Pre-War tinplate! Is this guy a time traveler? Unbelieveable! And everything else is unbelieveable, so do us a favor and let us know if there's ever going to be the most incredible garage sale in history wherever this is! Say, did I see Santa Claus doing a little pre-season shopping there? 🤣 Thanks so much for bringing us along!
There are so many trains here that one could not possibly run them all with any kind of regularity. Many or most not likely to see a layout at all only to remain on shelves. Amazing.
What an amazing collection of tinplate trains! I have a few reproduction tinplate trains in both standard gauge and o-gauge made by MTH. Thanks for sharing this incredible collection.
Yes, an incredible collection. And the collector is also an incredible train man.
@@RhodeIslandWood good to see you on here. Thank you for the comment!

I'll hazard a guess...I bet not much of the rolling stock was made in China!
