I love this set. I never got Hit Monkey so he's a welcome addition. I also plan to get a second set to customize a Mr. Knight figure. I can also paint the guns, guitar, and try to mod Headpool's ride so the wheels turn. Then if it doesn't work, no biggie.
It's an easy pass for me, but I do like this 2 pack. If Marvel Legends ever make a Mr.Knight figure, they could use this body mold. Great review, Shartimus.✌

I'm glad that you pointed out that these fan channel releases are designed for a specific audience.... you frequently see people complaining about straight repaints as a cheap way for Hasbro to try to make a buck, when the reality is... Hasbro is trying to make a buck, but they are also providing figures that they think a certain segment of their collectors might want. I'm not a Deadpool guy in the slightest, but I missed out on Hit Monkey the first time, and as your video pointed out, the Deadpool suit can be used for other suited characters like Red Skull or others. I'm on the fence with this two pack, but at $40... it seems somewhat worth it.
That original Deadpool shown at the end of the review was the first Legends figure I got. Cool figure but bothered me that it didn't come with any guns.

Got this for a Hit Monkey since i missed it, a d the heads for a custom deadpool im making, and this tux body for a custom of The Mask using a repainted MadCap head
I passed on it for a Juggernuat and collosus pack not sure if I made a mistake or nah vuz i rarrely see dp but at the same time ive never seen collosus and this Juggernuat is a perfect size I also passed up on love triangle 3 pack but dont worry ill get em when I go back if their there
I think they repaint and re release figures to try out new ideas like these and to give people the chance to get figures they missed out on because the resale market on Marvel Legends are unfairly high usually. A $20 figure is resold for $40 and up. These figures are meant to be affordable for their value, excluding con exclusives. I like the retro wave because i can easily get that Spider-man or Punisher without paying $40 for the same figure from 2 or 3 years ago. But hey, maybe thats just me. ( Toy Biz ML i totally get dont get me wrong, but still pretty high)
