Nice work bro. What are your fitness goals? Bodybuilding, maintenance, toning, aesthic physique, etc. I know you been on the exercise grind for years and fitness is pretty much a lifelong type of lifestyle. Of course, goals change throughout the years. What were your goals when you first began your fitness journey and how have they changed throughout the years?
Longest living human is still the goal, but in the gym I would say improving my mobility while gaining more strength than I had before. I feel my physique will always look "fit" due to my silly metabolism.
Hey Mike! Love the idea of this routine. What’s a range of time you’d say if appropriate to complete this in? Want to try adding it but also want to make sure I’m not rushed with other obligations
depending on how slow I want to do each rep for more control, but just to do it usually takes me 20-30 mins so 40 mins to an hour with the walk to start my day. Main reason is so I can be fueled later in my day for my workout vs working out straight in the morning while fasted.
I meant overhead pull at the end, not push!
Get them Gainz 👏 💪
Somebodies been watching knees over toes guy haha! Cheers been watching you since the optic house days
