CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE RECIPE
📒 Ingredients
80 g cake flour (or plain flour)
20 g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
100 g unsalted butter
110 g caster sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg (l)
80 g milk
100 g dark chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract

15 g unsalted butter
100 g sweet chocolate
---------------------------
The pan in the video size 22 x 11 cm.
How to bake
1. Bake at the bottom 175 degrees, do not turn on the fan for about 30 minutes.
2. After that Adjust to the upper-lower fire 160 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked Depending on each burner

บัตเตอร์เค้กช็อกโกแลต บัตเตอร์เค้ก รสช็อกโกแลต สูตรที่ทำวันนี้ไม่มีสารเสริม สำหรับเค้กเนยสดช็อกโกแลต สูตรนี้ จะให้อร่อย ควรทำแล้วเก็บไว้ 1 คืน ก่อนนำมาทาน จะได้เค้กช็อกโกแลตเนยสด ที่เนื้อชุ่มฉ่ำ หอมเนย และช็อกโกแลต เนื้อเค้กนุ่ม ไม่ติดคอ สำหรับบัตเตอร์เค้กสูตรนี้ ใครชอบช็อกโกแลต ต้องไม่พลาดทำเค้กช็อกโกแลตเนยสดนะคะ หอม อร่อย ถูกใจคนชอบช็อกโกแลตแน่นอนค่ะ

📒 สูตร เค้กเนยสดช็อกโกแลต
แป้งเค้ก 80 กรัม
ผงโกโก้ 20 กรัม
เบคกิ้งโซดา 1/4 ช้อนชา
เนยสดจืด 100 กรัม
น้ำตาล 110 กรัม
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
ไข่ไก่ 2 ฟอง (เบอร์ 2)
นมสด 80 กรัม
ดาร์กช็อกโกแลต 100 กรัม
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
พิมพ์ที่ใช้อบในคลิปเป็นขนาด 22 x 11 ซม.

วิธีการอบ
1. อบไฟล่าง 175 องศา ไม่เปิดพัดลม ประมาณ 30 นาที
2.หลังจากนั้น ให้ปรับเป็นไฟบน-ล่าง 160 องศา อบต่อ15-20 นาที หรือจนกระทั่งสุก ขึ้นอยู่กับเตาแต่ละตัว
**เช็คสุก จากการเอาไม้แหลมจิ้มไปตรงกลาง หากไม่มีเศษขนมเปียกๆติดมา คือสุกค่ะ **

i made this ! i was lazy and didnt bother with slowly creaming everything, i just chucked everything into a bowl with self raising flour, mixed with it quickly with a hand mixer and baked it. Didnt bother to cool it overnight or coat it with chocolate either . it is still the BEST chocolate pound cake i have made so far ! This is really a no fail recipe ! you guys have to try it, i am really impressed. Now i just have to stop myself from finishing the whole loaf in one day.
